We accommodated your request to reschedule your stay multiple times — first due to your flight issues, next is due to the typhoon — both of which we completely understood and supported without any penalties. For your most recent booking, we also informed you that we were more than willing to move your reservation again to a later date, considering the continued bad weather. However, you mentioned that you were unsure when you would return to Cambodia.We always strive to be as flexible as possible, especially in situations beyond anyone’s control, and we truly made every effort to offer alternative solutions, including holding your booking open for future use.
