I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The services were excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I really enjoyed the stunning view, and the pool and gym were well-maintained and a great addition to my stay. The hotel also accommodated my early check-in and late check-out, which made my trip even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic experienceI would definitely stay here again!

The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!

The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!

Facilities: The facilities are very new, and the furniture and decoration are modern and youthful. There is also a large swimming pool and a gym, with first-class facilities. Hygiene: Clean and spotless. Environment: Garden community, with many green plants and good air, suitable for living with the elderly and children. Service: There are many security guards, very considerate.

The whole trip is in Chinese. Chinese-friendly hotel. Pick up from the airport to the hotel. The supermarket downstairs accepts WeChat payment. The hotel also has Chinese food.

If you look for a beautiful and quite hotel in Phnom Penh then this is the place. The hotel is surrounded by greenery and with a nice salt water swimming pool. They also have a very nice restaurant on the top floor. Their staff was very friendly and so helpful. Highly recommended

no good cleaning and only if you ask about it. bad drinking waters in room, no sugar, no spoon. small dozen of conditioner for hairs, soap for body, etc the bottles was fill partly. no normally tv channels only Chinese and staff don't know haw it reset. very strong smell of sigarets in hall, it comes to room, unfortunately but very nice staff on reception!

Nice view with duo aircon blowers for my studio room and front desk allowed you for late check out. However the cleanliness need to be improved cuz late at night you can see babies cockroaches creeping around.
