1. Pros: price, recreation area at the entrance by the reception
2. Cons:
— Bath in the description — none of the rooms have it. They don't know why it's indicated. For us, this was the main factor in choosing.
— terrible pool, breakfast area and breakfast itself, dirty and inconvenient, staff is often absent. To go to the toilet — it's easier to walk to your room
— loud air conditioners, and we also had two air conditioner outlets on the balcony that made a loud noise (ours and the neighbor's)
— zero soundproofing, AC and machines hum at night, and in the morning everything at once

I was extremely happy with my choice to stay at Lavanya Boutique Hotel. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. Just a few blocks walk to the restaurants and bars of the riverfront area, yet far enough away to avoid being in the loud and busy area. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel offered a made-to-order daily breakfast with my rate.
