No more next time for this hotel. I am a regular guest here for years and the staff remember me well. But this time I really disappointed. I booked the Premium Double Room with 26$ prepaid with non-refundable. But when I check in there is no room available for me. The staff ask to change to Twin Room (cheaper price) or else only available for smoking floor. After working with his 2 computers for awhile the staff ask me would u like to change to Twin Room which is no other solution. I have no choice and no other solution and I explain to the staff I paid 26$ because I stay alone and want to sleep on a big bed not to sleep in Twins bed alone. Hotels if no available for booked and paid room for guest is hotel mistake should upgrade for a better room for guests, not to downgrade to cheaper room no matter how much it cost. Once again I am your regular guest

This place is very centrally located. It has a casino within the building and a basement walkway to Nagaworld 1. The walkway is lined with duty free shops. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. The only set back we had was our bedroom. Every 15 mins, it makes a loud noise like the air-conditioning is going to break down but we had a good view of the river. Overall, we love this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Overall a comfortable and great value stay! The view from the room was amazing, I loved seeing the sun rise or watch the sky turn dark as the city lit up. As long as you're not too freaked out by the small cockroaches that will come out at night. Anyway I solved the issue by buying ”trap a roach” kits from Mr DIY at AEON mall, it was highly effective. Self service washing machine, microwave and toaster oven available at level 29. The swimming pool, steam room and gym was amazing at level 39. Note you are not allowed to wear the bath robe there, you need to be covered in your own clothes and change there. You need a separate access card to enter. Note u can change lifts at level 3A from the mall to reach level 28/29 too. There is a convenient Chinese supermarket at the ground floor of the mall, and you can easily get many things. Food delivery has to be collected from the ground floor, as building security won't allow them to go up, but not an issue. Remember to hang housekeeping tag outside the door if you want them to clean the room.

The best hotel I have in Phnom Penh, It was very clean and the room was very high tech with switch. Downside : you can smell the cigarettes which I believe the centralized air conditioner is contaminated by those stubborn customers who ignore the smoke sign.

Everything was fine, but they kept me in a room where the door lock was broken, and they gave me a manual key to use, which I couldn't use normally. It was very hard to use, and every time I wanted to open the room, I had to call reception for help. Despite this, they didn't give me another room to stay in. Later, in a hurry, I forgot the key in the room and locked myself out. They couldn't even provide me with a duplicate key because they didn't have one. I informed the receptionist and waited outside the room for about two hours. After this time, they provided me with another room to stay in for just 10 minutes. I went to rest, and after 10 minutes, somehow they managed to open the door and called me to move back to the same room. They requested that I not forget the key inside again instead of giving me another room to stay in permanently. What a terrible experience; I wasted a day and a night there.

The hotel is faily new and very clean. Also it is about 10 minutes away by TukTuk from river walk.Thus, far away from the noise and crowd. The surrounding area is being developed for business. Very safe since it faces the Minstry of Defence and the ally way to the hotel is a ristricted area because it is also house to many high ranking military officers( no kidding folks). Check out the amazing view from the roof-top pool.
