Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel Reviews

Decent hotel under renovation. Noisy during the day. Fairly clean rooms but clearly dated. The ventilation/AC system loud in the night.  Shower gel bottle empty. Elevators not all operating and we had to wait for 5 minutes in the morning. Front desk helpful but not particularly welcoming or friendly.

No refrigerator, not acceptable

We went to vist UPEN and it was a 5 min walk to Admissions, so great location. Breakfast was super on the Club floor.

Nice big room and near UPenn.

We booked a suite, room is large with a sofa bed. bed is confortable. Decoration a bit dated compared to the renovated lobby. air-coditioning system is good. The weather is hot when we were there and the air-conditioning is cold. Very convenience location, opposite to University of Pennsylvania.

It is right next to the University of Pennsylvania, with good sanitary conditions and a Chinese restaurant downstairs. The laundry equipment is a bit old, which affects its usability.

The location is very good, right in the university town, within a ten-minute walk to the center of the university campus. It takes seven or eight minutes to drive to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The front desk is very polite, the room is a little old, and the elevator is a bit troublesome. There is free parking, easy to get in and out, and easy to park. There is a Cantonese restaurant in the lobby, which is not expensive and tastes authentic.

We booked a large corner room with a sofa to meet our needs of sending our children to study at the University of Pennsylvania. The room is large, the environment is good, and it is very quiet at night. The hotel is right on campus. The hotel decoration is also in line with the university's opening season, with various signs, which is convenient for taking photos. The hotel front desk and room attendants are very friendly. Very satisfied 😀 Next time I go to Philadelphia, I will still consider staying in this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, with parking spaces, convenient parking, and Chinese restaurants nearby, so it's also close to eat and walk. The rooms on the upper floors offer views of the Penn campus, which is highly recommended

The location is quite good, right in Penn, 10 minutes walk from Wharton. The Chinese restaurant Sangkee is downstairs.

In the university town, it is a ten-minute walk from the children's dormitory and the surrounding museums and Lin Huiyin's former residence. The breakfast is very rich and the front desk service is very good, but the room is small and the accommodation is average. It is very safe in the university town, and the famous churches around it can give you a different experience

The hotel is good and clean in all aspects. The waiter's attitude is very good and satisfactory. When staying in a hotel abroad, you must bring your own toiletries.
