I arrived at the hotel around 4 PM, but I still had to wait to check in because the room wasn't ready yet. We waited for 30 minutes. One of the beds was very dirty, and I experienced itching on my hands, back and feet, possibly due to dust mites, which kept me awake all night. I informed the front desk before checking out, but all I got in response was a simple "OK." I will definitely not come back again.

Pro : 1. Very clean and new hotel. 2. Comfortable bed + towels 3. Spacious room for cheap price Cons 1. This is the first hotel that claims that they will charge me for stains on towels and bedsheets etc, are they expecting me to check all their towels, bedsheets etc to make sure that there's no stains when I check in to avoid being charged? 2. Literally no soundproof at all, I can hear whenever people talk on corridors, when they open their room door etc.

Very clean but the room are smelly, the heather not work everyday🥺 Hotel outside very dirty & dangerous cuz somebody will sleep outside, and the Ground floor door never close 😣 For Boys solo trip mayb ok , but girl(s) here are not the best choices Btw, facilities ok, got basic gym room.

It is clean and quite when I arrive but when late night arrive around 11pm you can feel and hear the couple making noise that is so loud until 1am. I can see the wall is only normal cement board.

I stayed over the weekend, so I didn’t have to pay for parking. The room was spacious and fairly clean, though the sound insulation could be better—I would wake up when people walked past the room. Both the air conditioning and water heater worked well. There are also plenty of food shops nearby, which was very convenient.

Good hotel at Petaling Jaya. Located at mid town area but a bit far from train station. Good price and the cleanliness is excellent

Overall impression- the hotel looks fine. During my stay surprisingly the room there is no TV and did not mention in the website and the room sound insulation is very poor. Constantly you can hear people talking and walking at the corridor which really disturb my resting time.

The hotel location is near to JayaOne Mall plus other restaurants, Mac Donalds, banks and hawker stalls at the corner. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable stay.

I had a pleasant stay over the past weekend. This place is recommended if you have your own transport, as there is free parking available along the roadside. For those without transport, you might want to consider their other branch located in town for easier access. The hotel is clean and smells fresh, which made for a comfortable environment. Basic amenities like toilet rolls, kettle, bottled water, tea bags and coffee were provided. There’s also a small gym with a few machines and a shared pantry, which is a nice touch. The only downside was the soundproofing — it's not the best. We could hear other guests closing their doors and conversations in the corridor. Overall, it was a decent and clean place to stay, especially if you're driving.
