Good and comfortable place with good location in Pessac. Great to solo travels.

It was the most horrible hotel I have ever been to. Unclean, and no one knows what's next!!

No air conditioning for several days, impossible to sleep. But pleasant, attentive and professional staff

Correct welcome, helpful sir. Problem with the bathroom soap dispenser which was not working. I had to report it to the gentleman who gave me a container with a little liquid soap. What was necessary was done the next day. Problematic shower faucets to adjust to get the right temperature. It takes 3 to 5 minutes before you have the correct temperature. Shower receptacle REALLY too small, which means you don't have to close the shower curtain to be able to shower with a little more comfort in your movements, and therefore the bathroom is completely soaked on the floor. Toilet lid Broken and very low quality, not comfortable. The television reception regularly cut out for a few seconds and quite often. Television poorly placed (not facing the bed), a little too small and with very poor quality sound, unpleasant. Impossible to adjust the image (which was too bright). Shutter crank difficult to turn because it is twisted. REALLY deplorable sound insulation from the room to the outside, with constant loud traffic noise on the ring road located 20 meters from the establishment. I put earplugs in to sleep peacefully. The establishment is old and requires real repair work. Sincerely.

Hotel not too quiet, spider web visible... pleasant staff

There were issues with the shower during my stay, apparently this was a known issue and being repaired. Otherwise it is a first class hotel like the others, rather well maintained, clean and inexpensive, in an area where other hotels are located, close to the ring road. The first class hotel rooms have private shower and toilet, a TV , wifi internet access and good adjustable air conditioning.

Deplorable accommodation conditions: completely smashed mattress with a huge "hole" in the middle, very poor lighting in the room Poor quality breakfast: undrinkable fruit juice and coffee, tasteless industrial brioche, ... Very excessive room price given the general quality of the service.

When we arrived, a gentleman at reception practically didn't want to give us our room because they supposedly hadn't been paid but we paid via the platform, I even showed him my bank account, anyway... Cleanliness to see canvases on the ceiling, a smell in the room which leaves something to be desired, in short, pay €50 for that never again

Very welcoming, and the cleaning service is perfect.

Satisfactory value for money

it was terrible, I couldn't spend any night there even though I booked for three nights the rooms are outside the hotel and there is no guard or security not to book!!!

The staff are friendly. But the cleanliness of the room in particular the toilets remain to be desired (trace of the former occupants 💩)

Correct room, comfortable bed but no brush for the toilets and very narrow shower cubicle.
