It's the right choice to live here when you come to Perth! The location is very good, and it's within a 10-15 minute walk from the Swan Tower, the pier, the train station, etc. There are also several good restaurants nearby that can be reached on foot. It's next to the Blue Cat bus stop, and the transportation is convenient. The room is spacious and well-equipped. There is a washing machine and dryer in the room, which is very convenient. In short, it is highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the core area of Perth, with warm service and spacious rooms. This time I stayed in the largest Elizabeth Suite, which gave me a full experience. The hotel's decoration style is Hong Kong style, which is very consistent with the oriental aesthetic point of view.

On the whole speaking, we had a happy stay in the hotel for 3 nights. All the staff are very attentive and helpful. Every time when we stepped in or out the hotel, the staff at the entrance will give u a very friendly smile and say hello. The room was elegant with modern design furniture; which makes the user feeling comfy when stay in the room.
The only thing is the buffet breakfast is under expected. Being a 5 star hotel, less choices and the food quality is just average, nothing impressed me. It really below average when compares with the other Continental Hotels in Asia.

We stayed for 8 days and truly enjoyed our stay. Respnsive housekeeping service, clean room with nice waterfront view plus a good location very near Elizabeth Quay. The F&B Manager, Trung had been very hospitable and friendly during our daily hotel breakfast sessions. One suggestion is to have more variety in food choices for occupants on longer stays.

Overall very good, nice location, nice service, we check in early with charges but unfortunately the the hotel test emergency light on that time, it affects our sleep, and this is the only place where points are deducted. Sebastian the hotel staff try to solved it.

Overall, nice location and very easy access to downtown perth. Staff were always up for guest requests. only one problem i had was that the hotel was doing revamping and renovating rooms so that during staying at hotel, especially in the morning time, it was too noisy but i believe it would be better in the future :)

The room was small. Don’t expect a big room. The water heater was good I must say! Do not have to worry about worrying to bathe in cold water during winter. The sink layout was impossible to use without wetting the floor at all!! All in all a simple clean room with 24h check in and luggage storage. Location was a 5 mins walk to the Perth station! Very convenient! Nothing to complain about except the sink I must say 🌚 oh yes, pls bring hangers. There was rly no wardrobe to hang our clothes 🤣

AAnonymous UserWonderful hotel.Service from all the staff were excellent.Friendly, courteous and always ready to greet or help u anytime.Hotel is very clean and room are very big.My family really enjoy ourself. The hotel view was excellent too!
GGuest UserI was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.
VVivianMuThe hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Perth Central Station. The room facilities and decoration are good, but it is a bit inconvenient for Chinese tourists that there are no slippers. Breakfast is ordered, with a main course, coffee and juice, which is good not to waste
GGracessThe hotel is well- located, but it falls short of the usual Hilton hotel standards. The services offered are very basic, and essential amenities like toothbrushes are not provided. Given the price, i believe there are better options available for the same price range.
One highlight of the stay was during check-in, the staff provided complimentary cookies and chocolates with lovely packaged. This thoughtful gesture left a great impression on us.
GGuest UserThe environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space
XXIAOBINThe hotel is in a good location. It's more than ten minutes' walk to Terminal B and the supermarket, but the rooms are very small, like a capsule hotel, the Internet is very slow, and the parking lot costs 25 days a day, which is really expensive!
AAgnesCherI would like to commend and thank 2 hotel personnel, Mr. Front Desk and a lady who found my sling wallet and return it to me at the front desk counter.
I reached the hotel around 7:30pm and was asked to put a credit card deposit of AUD100. I couldn't find my credit card and after 10-15 mins of searching I confirmed I have lost my credit card. I ask to pay my deposit by cash and was told cash deposit is AUD250. I am puzzled by the difference in the amount required but agreed to pay the cash amount and asked for a receipt. He told me there is no receipt and that the money will be return the next day when I check-out. I was doubtful but have no choice but to take his word for it. And thankfully YES the money was returned to me the next day and I would like to apologise to Mr. Front Desk for doubting him. Sorry and thank you for your patience!!
As for the hotel, the location is quite good ... it is about 30 mins drive from the airport. Guest also park for free here.
The one bedroom apartment is big, clean and spacious.
The down side is the lighting is too dim and the air-con was so noisy.
Nonetheless, I only stayed for a night so that really didn't bother me too much.
HHoneysucklesLove that the Lobby has microwave for your ready-to-eat meals. We checked in late and there weren’t much eateries open. We managed to settle our dinner with groceries from Woolworth. Also love that they have a luggage weighing scale to check your baggage weight. Location of the hotel works great for us as we were there jsut for a night from a late flight, before picking our car up from No Birds car rental which was located just 5-8mins walk away.
Hotel is dated but cleanliness makes the mark. Despite its age, it is clean. Door is heavy and can slam shut really quick. Hotel still uses retro turn-key door knob. No biggie though! Room lighting is really dull. Again, no biggie!
GGuest UserI would call this hotel ”very average” the only good thing it really has going for it is the location which is great.
The hassles started when we had a flight cancelled by Virgin. Despite speaking to the manager, the hotel would not credit is for the 1 night lost (or extend our stay by one night). No negotiation. No refund.
We had upgraded our room to a pool view. You can see from the photo that it is more a car park view. I can't say I have seen a bigger car park. It was that big it almost shut out the daylight. I did complain and we did get moved after 1 night to a slightly better room. I overheard a conversation from another customer who was similarly unimpressed. The hotel are being disin genuous with their advertising.
It's a large conferment hotel with very basic customer service.
The breakfasts are average.
The rooms are tired
Or room wasnt cleaned one day and when I enquired the answer was ”they were too busy”!!!
I summary only stay here if they're is morning else in female.
GGuest UserI booked online. Soon after I booked, I called Alderney on Hay to clarify the room. As I needed twin beds for my friend and I. On my arrival there was a queen bed. I was told it was going to cost me another $25 dollars extra to split the bed into two. Or they could open up the 2nd bedroom for $30 extra per night. Three nights at a total of an extra $90 dollars. Checking with them about my phone call to clarify the twin beds. The lady state that my phone call was received about the twin beds, but the receptionist didn’t let the house staff know. With my long day of travel and the look on the housekeeper’s face, that she had more work to do at knock off time. I just said open the other room. Laying in bed that night thinking. No, this it not my mistake… And I shouldn’t have to pay extra. I when to reception to discuss the matter. I was told the 2nd bedroom was unlocked. Which is wasn’t and my daughter can clarify. The receptionist could fix the situation and she was going to get the manager to contact me. No contact made. Plus the several times I was at reception to fix the problem. The manager was on the phone or not there.
