Staff is friendly, location is good with many eateries nearby, plenty of car park space is available in the multilevel car park and also street parking. Breakfast is simple, the room I book was a non window room. Air con was super cool, only downside was the white color tower a bit turning gray. other than that everything is good.

Worst on service. Ask me to walk 10 minutes to nearest bank for deposit after a long hour driving from KL. Why not to just authorise credit card.

Good location. Near to port.

Our family had a very comfortable and cozy stay. The hotel's location is highly convenient, with easy access to Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam, and Penang Island. The free parking was a plus. Although we encountered a minor incident, the operation manager was on duty and promptly addressed the issue. Thanks to Trip.com for helping resolve the matter. However, the lift in the Fajar Floor building needs upgrading, as the doors close too quickly (within 2-3 seconds), causing them to hit me multiple times. The air conditioning was cool and refreshing, making our stay pleasant. Compared to other nearby hotels, this one is highly recommended for its cleanliness and overall experience. However, I would suggest more frequent cleaning of the floor carpets for child safety, as children tend to crawl and play on the floor. Last but not least, the fire escape door should be checked to ensure it is accessible for safety reasons.

Hotel is affordable with spacious rooms. My kid enjoying the bathtub with fajar deluxe room. Stay here for running event at Bandar Tasek Mutiara.

Very lousy hotel in Prai. The room very very smelly. The bedsheet very very smelly too. The carpet full of bacteria & smelly too. Pillow smelly. Not provide toothbrush or need to get it in lobby. Tissue given not plastic, very unhygienic. Very small TV on the wall

Drinking water was limited to each person per bottle per day and not even a bottle of a small size drinking water on the day of checking out. How much is a bottle of water . It’s nit a question of how much to pay for it but more of a good, free and convenient service where a hospitality service provider should have and always practice. I’m sure you have ways of including the cost of a bottle of drinking water in the room rates but by limiting and asking to purchase a bottle of drinking water is a real turn off of staying at this hotel.

I like the hotel. The staff is really helpful.but they need to improve their breakfast. Always same food.

The rooms needs some upgrading as it looks ageing. Breakfast has minimum choices and simple.

Booked for my brother’s small family. Comfortable room, toilet and easy to park. Near Bagan Ajam & Pak Mat Western & strategic location to stay.
