I recently stayed at the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's modern and sleek design. The lobby was spacious and stylish, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great sea view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were good. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring Pattaya. It also provides free shuttle bus services to Terminal 21, Beach, and Central Festival which you can book the trip and the retuning trip from the concierge. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a huge selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend the Centrepoint Prime Pattaya Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Pattaya. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the location was perfect.

It feels like it is mainly for Chinese tourists. It is not bad, but the location is a bit remote and it is not very convenient to go anywhere. There is no problem buying things around, and there is also a vegetable market nearby.

All was fine on our 2-night stay ... until checkout. We were informed that a 15-baht food item was missing from the room's stock. We did not use anything from these items during our stay. My issue was ... no benefit of the doubt was given ... just, you owe this from the deposit. 15 baht is not the issue, but due to lack of customer service training, and (probably unintentional) ”the customer is always wrong” policy, we would not be inclined to stay there again. Otherwise, is a nice place ... if you take photos of the room stock first.

Booked to go to the Pattaya fireworks. At first, I read the reviews and they were very bad about the accommodation because some people got a room and some didn't and couldn't stay because the app didn't close the booking for the hotel, but the hotel told us that it was closed, but they tried to open the room even though the room was full. But they spoke well and apologized to explain to us. But luckily, we followed up all the time whether we had a room or not. We arrived at 11:00. The staff told us to wait until 12:30 and then we could stay. But the actual time was 14:00. The housekeeper spoke very well and gave good advice. The person who took care of the various parts also spoke well. We were very loud, but no one complained (sorry to the tourists and the staff). The room is not soundproof. If you speak loudly, you can hear everything. The common area has a snooker table, but it's old enough to play. There are exercise machines that are okay to play. We went to swim in the pool at night. The wind was very cool and refreshing. We could see the view of the building. We booked a single bed room but got a double bed because there were more double beds than single beds. But the app didn't show that the single beds were full, so we opened it for booking. But the mattresses can be placed close together. Some rooms have weak water pressure, some have strong water pressure. Some rooms have cold air conditioning, some rooms are not so cold. But during this stay, the room at the back is very cool. Almost no need to turn on the air conditioning. If the key card is lost, the fine is 300. It is near 7-Eleven, near Pattaya Beach, there is a car park. Overall, it is good. It is worth the price. End of review.

Check in at 11:00 p.m. Because I went to do business. The staff are very caring, the bedroom is spacious, the swimming pool is good, the children love it very much 🥰

An amazing experience from Day 1. We stayed for 3 nights at this amazing resort in the 2 bedroom sapphire villa and everything was perfect from the spacious and beautiful rooms, super comfy king beds to the wide selection of breakfast spread daily. The only issue we really had was the distance from the resort to the main shopping areas but private transport is readily available in Pattaya so it was a minor one. Families who prefer to just relax in the villa will probably find the serenity of the whole place to be welcoming compared to hustle and bustle of the main streets in Pattaya.

We stayed for 3w 4d in a Deluxe pool villa in March for our first visit to Jomtien. A very nice resort consisting of approx 100 pool villas. Every villa has it's pool and garden area surrounded by a wall with gates offering total privacy. The villas are very nice with everything you would expect, 2 sinks, bath, toilet and outside (but under cover) shower with both rainfall shower head and handset. As well as the individual pools there is a main pool with a shallow children's section. A clubhouse and exercise room are located adjacent to the pool. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and never failed to give a cheerful wave as we walked around. We had breakfast included and also had two evening meals, all fine however we normally tended to eat in Jomtien in order to help other places survive. When on holiday we stay in villas, this was our 6th stay in a pool villa and it was one of the best villas or pool villas we have stayed at, it was also the cheapest pool villa we have stayed at. The reason for the low price was the location, a 40 minute walk to the beach through not nice areas however this was not as much of a problem as it would first appear. I downloaded the Bolt taxi app and the service was very good, normal wait was 2 to 5 minutes however between 5pm and 7pm it could be up to 30 minutes. Hotel to beach 50B (£1.25), to Walking Street 100B, all bars/restaurants have WiFi so easy to book a return taxi. When considering how much an equivalent pool villa (if you could find one) would cost in a better area the difference pays for more taxis than you could possibly use. Summary - Great pool villa and staff, location poor, use taxis which are very cheap and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and we hope to return in a couple of years.

A good hotel to stop for a short time. Location is not the best if you come to the sea. But if there is a moped or are ready to move on a taxi/mototaxi, that is not a problem. Nearly there is 7-11, night market, several cafes I lived on 1 floor. The room is large, corresponding to the photo. The view from the window was not very on both sides (one side to the corridor, the other side to the fence). But the view was not important to me, that is not a problem. The main thing is very clean!

If you think all 5-star swanky hotels looks increasingly similar, you are in for a treat at Villa Wanida. The design of the hotel aims to create a peaceful, cosy mini-jungle with ethnic furniture such as potteries and pavilions. If you are a horticulture-minded visitor, you will love the care and variety of flora and fauna there. The attention to the plants and trees is meticulous and tastefully done., hence the lushness of the place. The setting and surrounding is serene and hard to find in expensive hotels. The two swimming pools are designed with a touch of cuteness. Plus the swings and the animal pottery decorations, I can see this is a good family accommodation. A safe and interesting place for kids to roam around. The rooms are a little aged but the front porch is a lovely place to relax. The breakfast is very good and generous and is a fusion of West-Thai cuisine. Service standard is high. Maybe we travelled at a low season, or more precisely, the COVID season. The occupancy rate is understandably low. The place looks immaculate and clean.

The environment is very comfortable. The boss is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. All the must-see activities in Thailand can be arranged thoughtfully. You can also arrange a chartered car without worrying about language communication or unfamiliarity with the place.
