I chose this hotel because it's rare to have a pool in the room. I went with my 3-year-old child, and the kids' room was very spacious and had lots of electric car toys, so he was very happy. We played a lot in the pool, and had dinner at the restaurant, which was stylish and delicious. I felt that the main pool was a little small, but the atmosphere was very good and we had a lot of fun.

Clean rooms, large swimming pool, friendly staff, sauna, market, 7 eleven nearby. There are few Russians in the hotel, mostly foreigners who decided to save on accommodation.
Of the minuses, the location is not a tourist one.
No passing tuk-tuks, a bolt and a grab to help order a taxi

Service is ok. Room service on time everyday. Generally clean. The A/C is powerful, though a bit noisy. There is a balcony where you can dry your wet clothes. The swimming pool is a bit dirty, just acceptable level. Location far away from city centre, takes 30 mins ride. And no cars around when it rains. Luckily there are 2 7-11 just round the corner so it is very convenient. After all a nice and affordable place for retreat. Not ideal if you are into the night life of Pattaya.

Overall stay experience is not bad
Slightly disappointed is that the room photo that provided is not same as the room we get
We book 2 king bed room but what we get is 2 x single bed room and the space inside room is not big as what the pic provided
Lighting is quite dark and air is not circulating
If you are driving the location is still acceptable but without a car is not ideal
The swimming pools is pretty as the photo provided on website,
Clean and quite big.
Staff is friendly and helpful

All was fine on our 2-night stay ... until checkout. We were informed that a 15-baht food item was missing from the room's stock. We did not use anything from these items during our stay. My issue was ... no benefit of the doubt was given ... just, you owe this from the deposit. 15 baht is not the issue, but due to lack of customer service training, and (probably unintentional) ”the customer is always wrong” policy, we would not be inclined to stay there again. Otherwise, is a nice place ... if you take photos of the room stock first.

GGuest UserVery new and quiet. The environment is beautiful and absolutely amazing. The swimming pool is very clean. The room is very large and much more spacious than the hotel room. The only drawback is that the location is a bit remote. If you are traveling with a group or a large number of people, you can consider customizing the first choice. You can have fun, barbecue, and play. It is not far from the bus station by taxi. The boss is Chinese and feels safe. The waiters and the gate guards are very enthusiastic.

AAkihiroGreat place for family travellers with a car. The room is large enough for a family. The pool is great with a slide and my kid really enjoyed it! The hotel is not so clean unfortunately but for me was acceptable.
