Hotels in Nong Prue, Pattaya

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The kids absolutely loved the wave pool, though unfortunately, they developed a skin rash after playing in it. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was a bit on the small side, but the food selection was decent, and we always found plenty to eat. It's definitely more convenient if you're traveling by car.

What a resort!! Wow! Although not perfect.. the facilities and the rooms, villas and surrounding customer service.. all the staff, simply amazing 👏 we really appreciated to have such care and attention at each step of our stay. The villa for 2 bedroom also amazing and it was very kind of the reception manager to allow us to see the 3 bedroom villa for our next stay. One small thing.. the food in the restaurants on half board could do with a little more options and also the breakfast. All was a little too spicy or Asian. Regardless of anything, we will be back!

The accommodation is simple and elegant, no big problems Small suggestions 1. Only two of the 7 rooms have hair dryers and they are fixed on the wall, which is very inconvenient. If you are not familiar with someone, how can you go to someone's room to blow dry your hair? 2 The fan switch is not marked and no one actively tells you how to use it. I only saw the switch on the wall and thought it was broken. I asked and found out that I need to use a remote control. 3 Because there is no service staff on site, I can only contact the owner through WeChat. But I can't reply immediately. It will take several hours or the next day. I don't know if they read it. So if there is something, I can't get an answer immediately, just like the fan issue

The shop is a separate Villa room, the pool is clean and well-organized, the appearance is beautiful, but the location is remote, and the butler staff will only list and explain a series of damage compensation prices to you and charge a deposit of 10,000 baht and make you check out on time. Otherwise, you will need to charge a fee. The introduction of villa facilities is all due to Feng 🤣 and the nearest 7-11 also has to drive for 5 minutes, but staying at this Villa makes me leave a deep impression that I will never die. First of all, this Villa does not provide daily cleaning of Villa services. The room and toilet will not be picked up for you. After the first day of check-in, You have to be mentally prepared to do a cleaning trial. I spent 35 minutes cleaning the garbage and cleaning the dishes and dishes. I paid money but exchanged it for a handyman. The experience of being an unforgettable one. When I checked out, the staff carefully counted every shirt rack, cup and fork dish made me an eye-opener. Finally, the staff claimed to me that my electricity exceeded 10 kWh, so I needed to charge an additional 1,500 baht. Do you say this makes me very unforgettable? This is the one where I have lived in so many villas that the quality of service is the least up to standard.
