Amazing clean and quiet hotel. Although it’s been fully booked throughout the week we were there you barely hear or see other people around which is great for that peace and quiet you want during your holiday. Beautiful pool, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff are all so friendly and warm hearted, they take care of your needs and make you feel at home. Staying here feels like you’re home. Definitely a place I would come back to if I return to Pattaya.

Excellent hotel with excellent staff, quiet and peaceful. Off the main road which cuts out traffic noise. Nearby shops and restaurants too!

Good services and staff but location is far from town

Nice pool, hotel is quite new. Rooms are big with nice balcony. Did not try the breakfast. May take long to get a taxi (grab). Staff charged an expensive price for lost room card which is not cool at all

The environment is quiet and the swimming pool is very beautiful. I have always liked Sala Hotel and it never disappoints me.

Checked in at midnight and there was still a receptionist taking care of us. The room was clean and quiet.

The service and rooms are OK, but it's inconvenient to travel. You have to take a taxi to go anywhere. The nearest 711 is a 10-minute walk away. It's relatively safe.

Extremely clean rooms, wonderful pool with clear water, great sun loungers with parasols, great well-kept green areas, hardly any traffic and therefore very quiet. Nice balcony with table and chairs. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. The location is far out of the way and the breakfast is rather limited. Otherwise perfect and no signs of wear and tear. Beautiful design.

It is shown on Ctrip as a newly opened hotel with no bad reviews. But it is really not suitable for children to live in! It is not suitable for friends who travel! The hotel has four floors and each room has a balcony. We booked a double room with 2 breakfasts. Ctrip showed that we needed to pay the fee with our children, but there were only two of us who had breakfast, so the service staff did not let us pay. The deposit for accommodation is 500. There are three service staff at the front desk, all of them are very enthusiastic. The hotel does not have a doorman and takes the card upstairs to the room. 1. The geographical location has no advantages. You need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Even if you go to the beach, you need to take a taxi. It is at least 20 minutes walk from the nearest beach. You can see the pictures and specially locate them. Whether you go to Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Beach, or any night market, you need to take a taxi. It is very inconvenient. 2. The hotel is in the alley, surrounded by open space. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the nearest 7-11. It is too dark and unsafe to walk at night. 3. I don't know if the bottom of the hotel pool is too old or not cleaned properly (this is a new hotel on Ctrip), I didn't dare to let my children swim after I found out. You can watch videos on agoda, and there are pictures posted by guests. Breakfast is a set meal, probably because there are not many choices due to the small number of guests. 4. Each room has a balcony, which is good, but ants were found in the bathroom and on the table.

The front desk service attitude is really good. Nothing to say. They are also very friendly to Chinese people. It was a very good experience. There was welcome juice and the minibar was also fully stocked. The only downside is that it is still under renovation and may be a bit noisy.

I didn't have high expectations for Pattaya Hotel, and arrived at 10 pm. It was booked on short notice, and there were some minor issues, but overall it was good, and I will stay there again next time.
