Beautiful and inexpensive hotel with beautiful sea views.

Great service clean rooms nice pools I will be back

The swimming pool was amazing, with massage bungalows next to the swimming pool and a 7/11 next door, however, what i did not like was that the room had no safe and i had to use a safety deposit box, secondly, the cleaner was too lazy to clean the bath tub and thirdly, the massage bungalows outside, the one on the extreme left, only massage you well when the boss is there, i got such a good massage that i decided to go again however the boss was away, they were having their own little picnic & not very eager as i was there at 9h30, my massage was the worst, i booked for an aromatherapy full body oil & got a thai massage instead, the masseuse was in a hurry, when i arrived they were all having a picnic with a thai guy but i think, i disturbed them, i was very unhappy with my massage, so only go for a massage when the boss is around. To me i did not like the location, too much construction & when you have to go for a stroll you dont find fruit vendors around so i moved to a resort more central to find fruits & fruit juices at your doorstep or walking distance, overall the amenities & swimming pool was good.

Great: 1. location without being in Central Pattaya; Beach front. Walkable wirh shops of interest. 2. Reasonably sized rooms with a balcony. 3. Helpful, accommodating staff; 4. Prices was very reasonable.

Beautiful view, across from the beach. I love the swimming pools. Walking distance from sea, shops and restaurants. All staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean; I enjoyed my stay here. I will certainly stay here again in future.

The room has beautiful sea view. However no coffee or tea in the room. Safebox is at the counter. No toothbrush in the room. Now, in front of the hotel has construction.

There are 3 pools here and many car park lots. Convenient store is just around the corner. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is 2min from the beach! 15min walk from night market where you can try many tasty dishes for low price.

I did not have high expectations as I knew it was an old hotel but I did not expect it to be so bad. Firstly we were assigned room at the back which was like good 7-8 mins walk from the main building. We were like it's ok let's see then the room we got was big very big but only one ac that too not strong at all . We waited for about 2 hrs in the room expecting that it will be cooler but no, the room felt like hot oven. There was no wifi connection in that area. We went all the way back to the lobby and said we want another room. They showed us an old looking, smelly, dark room. When I said I can see you have other rooms available and I am willing to pay additional, then we were given another room. This room was big, with two ac but sadly in our three days there, it worked properly only on the third day. The bathroom was smelly. And while checking out they charged us for water saying it is alkaline water but did not inform us before hand assuming we will know from the amount they have written on the cap. Overall, I would say it's a hotel that needs good renovation. The area is perfect, the room size is good, staff were also ok only thing it needs is renovation of everything cz from the pictures online and to the reality, it felt deceitful. I certainly will not stay here again nor will I recommend it to other. Sadly I didn't take any pictures of the room 😔
