Beach front hotel with wonderful kids club & swimming pool. Great for children. But 300 baht charged breakfast for child over 4 yrs.

Good for travel with your kid My doughter 9years enjoy with his friend have Cocopool / Cocoplay And you can across the street to go to the beach Near 7-11 and you can walk to Terminal21 within 15min

A 4-star hotel in Pattaya. A good first impression. The helpdesk was helpful but was limited by the English language. At times, it is difficult to understand the accent, but I did not find them rude as the other reviews I have read. However, the bell boys were not available to take the bags to the room. The lifts can be compact for a family of 4 with baggage. The rooms were comfortable. Did not order room service, so cannot comment on that. The beach view is great from the room. The breakfast that comes with the booking was pretty good. Overall, it was a good experience.

The package hotel that dominated the 90s was almost ruined as time went by, but it was revived as a children's swimming pool and playground. It is worth a visit if you have young children. However, the hotel facilities are very old. In particular, the soundproofing is the worst. I can understand what is being said in the next room. A newborn baby stayed in the next room and kept crying all night, so I could hardly sleep. However, all the staff are friendly.

Not a place to go if you expect even a tiny bit of service. First of all, the family room is in a dark corner with no lights at all through the day. Also, I would like to second some other reviews that you will get no updates from the managers for any incidents. For context, the kids playground was included in the room package, which we had to collect the tags from lobby daily just to visit the playground. We had to leave our shoes/slippers outside and while there is a security camera, it has proven to be useless as I lost my slipper there. No update has been provided after the incident was reported until I probed the manager again. The rest can be told in the screen I provided. There was also no crowd control during the buffet breakfast, you basically walk in and occupy any available table which may not have been set properly. We have also seen guests taking food from the buffet with their bare hands.

We were surprised by the play house in the hotel. It’s big and lots of fun

Unprofessional staff,very bad hotel full of *******. 对中国人没有偏见和种族主义The hotel is extremely dirty, smells so bad, and poorly managed. Breakfast 0/10 🤮🤢! All managers are so unprofessional don't know how to answer questions. 🥵The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general behaviour. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible ....front desk guys were worst (except the **** guy)s and indifferent they answer you (I don't know, don't have idea but they're local 😆) ..especially, the staff at the restaurant the worst people I ever in-counter....they speak Thai in bad words about you. 没有重新出现。 我已经旅行了这么长时间，这是我第一次经历糟糕的服务，4星级酒店甚至不是1星级酒店。 游泳池太脏了，入住和退房都排着长队 I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. very good hotel with nice breakfast buffet. big children playhouse that is complimentary. nice pool with slides for both adult and kids. we would definitely want to come back and stay here.

The hotel is in a good location, but old. The rooms are comfortable fairly clean. Stayed here many times before but the rooms need to be renovated

They wrote that they would provide 4 breakfasts, but they gave us 3 breakfasts, and they said that the air conditioning in our room did not work for 3 days, but they didn't say anything other than "sorry". They changed our room after 3 days. :(

Good family hotel in pattaya. Convenient, good location. Friendly Hotel staff. Very good Play area for Kids & pool. Opposite to Pattaya Beach.
