Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and Resort Reviews

Feel good more than expectation, broad room, good facilities (but TV is not working) and good locations however, beach ia not good, environment nearby hotel is not good. It is not appropriate for children. Breakfast is favorable.

Room was fairly comfortable however the air-conditioning was fairly loud, even on low. Not loud enough to cover the sound of the windows rattling in the strong winds. Surprised that the windows opened on the 11th floor.

I stayed at this hotel for 4nights, i enjoyed the swimming pool, alot, the location is central to everything, the beach is at your doorstep, walking distance to 7/11, all shops & bars, however, the hotel is currently under construction & what disturbed me alot, was that drilling every morning at 8, that woke me up, it was so annoying especially after a late night. I also observed that the cleaners would fold the same dirty towels you put in the washing, also room service is terrible. At the swimming pool you have to sign out for your towels but there is no sign in column when you bring them back, also no assistance with the umbrellas which are all closed on very hot days. I also got some attitude with the cleaning staff, room service , bellboy & service at the swimming pool, also guest relations, i asked where is the other swimming pool, she was too busy with her phone to give get up & show me, she just said,’go straight’, i walked & walked & could not find it. This hotel can be the perfect stay if only they improve their service.

The staffs are polite and friendly🩷, the hotel is by the sea, but the room is not very clean, the air conditioner smells, there are no rules for the swimming pool, Indian guests walk in their underwear into the pool, it is disrespectful to other guests, no staff to explain the rules for using the swimming pool.

So close with the beach! Also have a bowling and snooker so we were having fun in hotel

Good hotel in excellent location. Rooms contain most facilities one would expect including fridge, in-room safe, separate shower cubicle and bath, cable TV with a couple of English language channels, kettle and coffee/tea making facilities, and fair wi-fi. Main issue at the moment is that the wing nearest the beach and usual lobby is undergoing renovation so the lobby in use is near the back of the site. There was no noise problem though. Staff were helpful and polite. The photo below shows the view from our room.

The hotel have a good location and a great breakfast the stop have a good services

I recently stayed at Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and had a relaxing experience. The hotel is right near the beach, just a short walk across the road — perfect for morning or evening strolls. The pool area is beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax under the palm trees. The room was clean and spacious, though some of the furnishings are a bit dated. Still, everything worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, though it could use a bit more Western options. Location-wise, it’s great — easy to find food, convenience stores, and even some nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it’s a good value for money if you’re looking for a peaceful stay near Jomtien Beach. I’d be happy to come back again.

Good location which beach in front. Breakfast is normal standard but a lot of choices that Thai noodle food , ABF. But staff check out service with inner agreement seem like forced customers for waiting without listen customer reason. All good 👍 

The staffs were very unfriendly and look unhappy, may be they are tired. We arrived at 1:45 and asked to wait till 2 to check-in. Looks like understaffs as no one available to send our luggage and the kids push the trolly by ourselves. The main hotel is a bit inside and there is also some construction going so going to the pool is a bit inconvenient. The room is okay and the locations also not too far from Jomtien Beach.

I really liked the large family room, it is spacious. Close location to the sea. Easy access to the center or guided tours. Delicious breakfasts. Very friendly staff. Of the cons: there was a windy side and when the wind blew strongly through the windows at night and prevented sleep.

Tidy and clean, big room, near the beach, reasonable price.

The hotel near by the beach easily to enjoy for both beach and pool. The best service and organizations. The staffs are welcoming and friendly. The continental Breakfast was delicious and prepare by heat and cleanliness pretty good. I definitely will be back in the future.

A big hotel in Jomtien beach. Have many facilities inside hotel and just cross the road then you will see the beach.
