Am being kind with the score , hotel was probably amazing 40 years ago with its height ceilings and what was once a lovely hotel , but the owners really have just let this place down am surprised your still open lol , room was ok but people now like a duvet and not a blanket from when you first opened , we didn’t stay in hotel much and didn’t use pool cus it just look horrible . Breakfast well you don’t get to eat in the restaurant that’s now just a empty room with chairs stacked up so you eat in the lobby area witch was just not for me. Staff ?? I hardly seen anyone , I don’t see point of having the door desk what are they doing ? So yes price was good if you can do a night but don’t do 2nights I can say I wouldn’t return

Welcome Plaza Hotel, Pattaya – 6/10 Good location near Walking Street and the beach. Rooms are spacious but outdated and could use better maintenance. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. Staff were polite but service was slow. The pool is nice, but overall, the hotel needs renovations. Good for budget travelers, but don’t expect luxury.

Hotel is right within the down town. Location is the best. Pretty antique hotel, good for those who love to stay in ancient buildings. Decoration is moderate not very advance. Bathroom is reasonable size and just fine. In terms of rental cost it worth to stay and pay. In short what we paid we got the facilities.

Trip.com management. Go see for yourself and stay there for 1 night. Your rating and information are obviously cheating consumers. Don't wanna waste my time to give bad commands. Will never come back to this hotel again.

Average to stay but breakfast is very poor. Location good but needs to improve their service.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful view. Breakfast is great because its hard to find places that are open that early. Location is close to walk street and many variety of food and 7/11’s.
