When we arrived the receptionist was on break so we have to wait. But the room is clean and spacious.

No running water in the bathroom sink, refrigerator didn’t work as well as the wifi. Other than that…

Counter don't have people serve, called customer service and after the the key from locker, after open the room and saw the room it didn't clean and the toilet is fking dirty, how can i stay? after talk with customer service again, they changed the room for us, but the room no water!!! How come this hotel management can so fking **** like that?!

After a frustrating experience elsewhere, RoomQuest Pattaya was a lifesaver! We arrived late in the evening, feeling tired and stressed, but thankfully, the staff here were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They quickly arranged a room for us, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The amenities were great, and the bed was super comfortable, allowing us to relax and recover from the day’s events. The location was also convenient, with everything we needed close by. The worst part is no water in toilet. It's a first time to have a hotel like this. It's like a worst experience

Pros: quiet place Cons: no Wi-Fi, TV doesn't work without Wi-Fi, water shortages. Internet wasn't fixed for 3 stays!!

The hotel has no running water, the floor is not clean, there are cockroaches. When we informed the staff, there was no help at all. We had to move to another hotel at midnight. The quality is not good at all. The service is negative. Should be removed from the trip. It is a great disgrace.

Water disaster! There is simply no water. Neither hot nor cold. And it is like this all the time. You have to run and ask the staff to turn it on (I don't know what's broken there). Then the water appears for half an hour, weak pressure and then it's gone again. It's terribly inconvenient, they need to fix it.

There is no WI-FI and TV. The towels are washed out. There are cobwebs with spiders everywhere in the rooms. The view from the windows is of neighboring houses, very close. High audibility. There are two small glasses from the dishes. There is shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper. Hot and cold water can be taken from the cooler on the first floor. The air conditioner worked well. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. Overall clean, the beds are comfortable. The location is not bad.

The noise from outside is soooooo loud. I can't sleep. There's no parking space. The water in the bathroom doesn't run either. It's terrible.

The bathroom has standing water, making the floor slippery. In the morning, the water doesn't run, so there is no water to wash your face or shower with. There is no drinking water provided in the room. You have to ask for it. There is no staff at the counter when checking out. Overall, it is very bad.

Very bad service. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm but there were no staff. We waited until almost 3 pm and still had to wait for the cleaning lady to clean even though there was plenty of time. She didn't do it when we checked in. The room was not soundproof. When we closed the door, the whole floor could hear. There were no foot towels or towels. At night, we came back from a trip and the water was not flowing. It was very bad. We called to ask and they said they couldn't do anything and had to wait until the morning even though when we checked in, someone informed us that the water was not flowing. They didn't rush to fix it at that time. It was very bad. One time is enough.
