DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA! I booked a 7 nights stay with this villa and it was a nightmare! They switch us to another 4-room villa without informing us, we did not have a say to it. They let us check in with a local helper who speaks no english and a little bit Chinese, they didn't even offer a reason for switching villa, you can only accept it. DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA! Window doors broken, chairs broken, low water pressure, dripping air-con, no hot water for shower on third floor and no house-keeping (not even clearing rubbish) until you asked them to. They siad they are fixing the problemsssssss but they didn't. I tried cancelling the booking on third night stay but the response from trip.com was that "the hotel owner does not agree cancelling". I am very disappointed with the service provided by trip.com. It let the hotel owner posting pictures and discription that is no where near reality, misleading its consumer and simply do nothing about it. DO NOT BOOK THIS VILLA!
