Hotels with Breakfast in Pattaya

Pros: Good breakfast Friendly staff Lovely pool area Large room Hotel grounds Efficient and easy check in and out Cons: Can be a little noisy at night due to location close to walking street Pool gets very busy and people reserve sun beds with towels but then don’t return until hours later Our room was not serviced until after 3.30 pm every day sometimes 4.30pm which we thought was too late

The hotel is still undergoing renovations on their building 2 which they will put the guests once building 1 is full. The first night the room has no sound proofing or whatsoever that makes sleep deprivation even harder as I am a light sleeper. I requested to put me up on to their sister hotel which they refused and offered me to their building 1 it was better but can be much better. At night people fighting in the middle of the night on the property itself. My suggestion is to close the building instead of letting guest stay in a noisy and dusty place only solution providing ear plugs to lower the noise disturbance 🤦 Overall the service is good like the staff names Miss Beer and Miss Mind and the hotel manager miss Linda is good at customer service and are very welcoming 😀😀 To be honest I am a regular guest to this hotel chain for the past 8 years but they don’t treat their regular guest with good offers or Whatsoever whenever we message the managers or reservations team which got 2 weeks to reply me and I even tried calling on the number always never call me back!!! If this carry’s on and I will stop staying At Mind Group since the management is not very good treating its regular guest!!

Highly recommend this place! Room is very clean, with all the amenities one might need including among others - toiletries in the bathroom, separate toilet, shower, sink and bathtub, washing machine, microwave, stove, separate sink for dishes, mini fridge, complimentary tea and coffee. Food in the restaurant is excellent, rooftop is a nice place to relax and enjoy sunset. Centrally located, good value for money.

The first room did not have hot water so I took cold shower at night. The technician could not fix the issue so I was moved to another room but it was not without a drama. There was some hair on the floor,, air con was not working, the safe deposit box was not working. About midnight I was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite on level 2, overlooking the pool. Breakfast buffet was so so. Enough to feed the tummy but nothing to remember. Location is excellent, beach in front, 1-2 min walk to lots of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, 7-11, Tops, street vendors, laundry, ATM, etc, Big gym with many free weights and equipment but short opening hours - 7 am to 8am only.

As always when staying at their hotels in Korat or Bangkok, it is an experience. Sitting here for breakfast and enjoying the selection. World class hotel and yes, world class mall!

Good location, feel like a true resort in the busy Pattaya. Next to Terminal 21. Lovely pools and private beach area at the end of Pattaya beach. Breakfast could be improved, Thai selection is not tasty. Our room had cigarette smell coming from AC Vent from time to time from other room. Which we understand it’s not hotel’s fault but just annoying especially at night when we sleep. Smoker should be considerate and not selfish toward others in the same building. We got upgraded to a suite which was good. But the shower tiles were super slippery! It’s not the kind of tiles to be used in wet area especially bathroom flooring. I had to put a bath math on the floor and still be super careful during shower. Very dangerous.

Whether it was the fun water features or the ample lounging space for adults, there was something for everyone. Rooms Our room was newly renovated, and it showed. Everything was spotless, modern, and designed for comfort. The tidy and fresh ambiance made us feel right at home. Family-Friendly Atmosphere This hotel is a paradise for families. There were plenty of kids around, making it easy for our children to make new friends. The family-friendly vibe was evident everywhere, from the kid-oriented activities to the staff’s attentiveness. Overall We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and quality time together. It truly offered the perfect blend of luxury and fun. We can’t wait to return!

Great location - a few mins walk from the beach and shops. Nice pool and sun areas. Great house keeping staff and cleaners too. SINE from the front desk who does the morning shift is amazing! Make sure to try out the little fruit stand outside the hotel in the evenings too - quality fruits with reasonable prices.

Peaceful environment away from the crowd while in walking distance to all major locations. Some renovation work during the time of my stay but that was not disturbing. The room amenties aree becoming old and needs a new round of renovation to stay to the style of what I experienced 6 years ago here.

Overall you get what you pay for,the hotel in bang in the middle off a busy main street and plenty go on day and night. Staff very helpful and friendly, room service in the morning did a fantastic job. I stayed in Room 604 it was very noise at night and music finished at 3am,this is not down to the hotel,just the busy night life in the area. Can always ask for a different room. I would go back to Stay again
