**Review of Phoenix Hotel Manila** I recently stayed at Phoenix Hotel Manila and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I checked in around 2:45 AM, and from the start, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not provide a warm welcome. I had booked a room with a city view, but when I opened the curtains, I was shocked to find a view of the parking ramp instead. When I called the receptionist to inquire about this, her explanation—that the hotel was fully booked—was unacceptable, as my reservation clearly specified a city view. Additionally, the room itself had an unpleasant odor and was poorly maintained. Essential items like paper towels were missing, and the paper provided on the table resembled scratch paper, which is not what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, I felt that my stay did not provide the value for money.I hope the management takes these issues seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

We are very satisfied.. we felt home. This is our 3rd time already.. Junior Suite and Executive King suite are phenomenal. We are USA military family, and we lived and traveled around the world . When we say it feels home, it means a lot to us.. We felt home every time we visited this hotel. Home is where the heart is... Thank you again...Job well done.. Excellent customer service. We will come back again..

Positives: The staff at Lime Resort Manila are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities and amenities are well-maintained, especially the impeccably clean and fresh common restroom in the lobby. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and modern, with the convenience of remote-controlled features. I also appreciate their use of glass water bottles for the complimentary water instead of plastic, making it a more environmentally friendly choice. An added bonus is that the resort is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for pet owners. Negatives: However, there are notable drawbacks. The lack of staff at the concierge is evident, often leaving it unattended. The elevators are quite small and slow, leading to long wait times. Room doors are heavy and require force to close, causing loud disturbances. Some areas need better maintenance—bed runners had dirt marks, and the TV frequently shut off unexpectedly. Overall: While Lime Resort Manila has its highlights in terms of aesthetics, hospitality, and eco-conscious practices, improvements in staffing, maintenance, and functionality would elevate the guest experience.

Conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of MNL Terminal 3 (be cautious crossing busy roads). Excellent customer service and clean, well-equipped rooms with plenty of universal outlets. The only downside was the shower: the water pressure was weak and the temperature wasn't as hot as I would have liked. Overall, a great choice for a layover.

Hotel 101 may have lost its luster. The AC is not clean it was showing an FR error message and shuts down by itself, the wallpaper has peeling off and the towels are greying out. Wifi waa terrible. I was on a Zoom Call on the desk and Zoom was kicking me out of the meetings several times. I booked Hotel 101 because of its location. It is near MOA, PICC and many more. I think, if the hotel will make some improvements it will go far. It may be due for renovation.

I loved the area near T3 using Runway. I loved the room, towels and all. We loved our suite room. Just a little bit comment, bath room is small for suitr room though we have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommended for travellers . Thank u for the complimentary food. Staffs were courteous

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. If not for the commendable effort the staff have shown will have rated 2 stars and below. Arrived in the airport with their own transport service already waiing, in the hotel itself waited for more than 30 mins just for check in. Hotel itself is old and hallways smell moldy and musty. Elevators and hallways not airconditioned. Room given was far from elevators so expect to walk a few minutes if not choosing to be near lifts. Room itself was old and small, 2 double beds with small bathroom. Expect to meet cockroaches. Overall not recommended

Holiday Inn Newport offers a decent stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but considering the price is similar to Citadines, I’d personally opt for Citadines. While Holiday Inn is fine for a short stay, Citadines offers more modern amenities and a better overall value for the same price. If you’re looking for more up-to-date facilities and a livelier atmosphere, Citadines would be my choice.

Limited parking space at the hotel. You need to pay for the parking fee even if you are staying at the hotel. We even lost our parking ticket since their process is you need to surrender it to the attendant if you’re leaving the premise (even if you pay it in the beginning) and they’ll hand it back to you after parking back and not during the entry.
