We really booked a queen bed because we have a toddler and given a 2 single bed saying that they upgraded us because the its facing the airport. The room smells so musty and moldy. It smells worst inside the bathroom. A lot of black molds in the shower too. And the bed was moist and feel like wet. We didn’t get a proper rest because of the smell of the room. This is terrible for a hotel next to the newport resorts world.

Gym equipments are not maintained… all running track down. Hotel is leaking water everywhere… hotel is very old… maintenance should be improve…

The place, the food and the service is perfect for business travelers waiting for their flights near NAIA terminal 3. Ease of checking out is superb as you don't need to fall in line in the front desk and wait for check out clearance from the room service in charge.

Just opposite naia terminal 3 and can walk over the sky bridge to get to a shuttle service. Located in hotel belt area with Resort world. Easy to get food and amenities. Room are fine but soundproofing is not as good. Breakfast is average but does the job.

Overall, better than expectation, with free shuttle bus to runway bridge.

It’s nice for long layovers or early flight . Has free shuttle at runway manila ,Easy access and fast transfer has 7/11 and 24hrs McDonald’s in the area . Fast check in and check out , the breakfast was okay .

The hotel is just right. Stayed for a couple of hours since I arrived late in the evening and leaving early morning to go province. Everything was okay.

GREAT ROOM: The restaurant servers, both at the breakfast buffet and during à la carte dinner service, were all very attentive and friendly. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced the dining experience. CABIN/STATEROOM ATTENDANT: On the other hand, I found the service from my stateroom attendant to be lacking. Throughout my extended stay, there was little initiative to check in on the room, inquire if anything needed to be refreshed, or ensure we had everything we needed. As a long-staying guest, I had hoped for a bit more attentiveness and consistency in service.

Holiday Inns are nice and predictable. No frills, no nonsense, just a clean, good quality affordable room with decent breakfast. Got a free late checkout and shuttle to airport.👍🏼

Great experience

Just surprised that the hotel dont have swimming pool amemities. My grand daughter loves to swim but disappointed when she learned there is no swimming pool. But the room is good and clean and comfortable.
