Check in was a smooth and easy Christopher went above and beyond. Absolute legend!! Only negative was I always strip the bed to make the job of the housekeeping staff a little easier but the stains on the bedding were disgusting.

It's a good suite, but the receptionists MUST SAY before giving the key that the Wifi password won't work unless a member of the team comes inside your room and put the password himself. This guy came into our suite WITHOUT asking for permission, took my tablet and handled it without permission too. Was abrupt and kinda uncomfortable! Plus they didn't have a pot in the kitchen another 3 calls ánd time wasted for them to bring it! The worst is that they promote 1 bed suite with the option of having bathtub or shower but is also NOT true, they only have shower. The parking lot is full and many reserved spots quite a waste of time as well. 😓😓😓

Overall a good stay, there is supermarket located downstairs, food choices are limited but can walk to town centre. Service are nice, spacious room

Lovely staff and a beautiful hotel. Our suit at the top was wonderful with a great view. Balcony spacious to entertain friends. Would definitely stay here again.

I am a regular to this hotel and it always exceeded my expectations.

Location is good. Staff are very nice and helpful. Parking fee is too expensive. Street parking 8-8 is free and it’s only $4/hr after hours. Cleanliness is poor because it’s dusty and some cooking utensils are not clean properly.

One of the better apartment hotel i had stay. Not many bad comments. Can come back

The rooms were pretty clean. The view provided from the room was amazing. Both the bedrooms had the view of second CBD

Overall was a good stay. Very quiet and clean. It was just difficult to pair with the living room tv. Sometimes the internet will disconnect. Also, then dont clean or top up toiletries or coffees everyday. There's an ongoing construction at the area so i didnt bother using the balcony.

Very nice service apartment, near a shopping mall with plenty eateries.

The gym, pool and sauna are still being built. Unfortunately, there was still drilling and hammering at 11pm at night when I stayed. Once construction is complete, this will be an amazing hotel.

The experience is always great! Awesome service and great customer service
