Great location for a family stay with transport, restaurants and local attractions nearby. Customer service is exceptional and hotel rooms are specious.

I really enjoyed my stay at Mercure Parramatta. The location is super handy—close to everything I wanted to see and do. My room was comfy and clean, which made winding down after a long day easy. The pool was a nice bonus, and the food at the hotel was tasty. Everyone on staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. All in all, a great spot to stay if you’re visiting Parramatta. I’d definitely come back!

Place is not convenient. Staffs are not so helpful. Aircon is not cold. Request for reset but no action was taken.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights because I wanted to be close to my friend's home. All aspects of this hotel met the brand standards, except that the room rate was different every day, and it was doubled on weekends compared to weekdays. Parking was charged at 20 Australian dollars per day. You can take a boat trip on the Paramatta River to see Sydney's city landmarks.
