This was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience!
We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness.
The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

ainnajwaroslanThe room is large, suitable for our group of 4. It comes with complete cooking utensils. Just a heads up, since they are used items, the frying pan burns easily. The TV isn't a smart TV, it has Astro (satellite TV). The bathroom is big with a bathtub, but the bathtub doesn't have a jacuzzi function, and there was a lot of dust coming out from under the bathtub after cleaning it. Forks, spoons, and cups are all provided, and there's a microwave and fridge. The microwave was broken during my visit and was only replaced on the day we checked out, so we didn't get to use it. They provided 4 towels and didn't replace them. There's also a small lift, making it easy to load luggage. FYI, the owner lives downstairs and is Indian.

🌲 Bala Chalet, Cameron Highlands
• Pros: A truly wonderful stay, with the charm of an old English cottage. Cozy interiors, rustic atmosphere, and the refreshing cool air of the Highlands made it feel timeless.
• Cons: None at all — everything was delightful.
• Summary: This chalet captures the essence of a countryside retreat, reminiscent of a classic English cottage. It’s the kind of place that makes you linger, reluctant to leave, perfect for unwinding and escaping the bustle of city life.

AkhmadullaevaIts nice view but upon check in at 6pm, the bedsheets is dirty and i had to wait more than 30mins for the staff to ocme and change to new one. The sink are not functioning well, leaking. The wall of the bathroom is very dirty and mushy. Lucky i only stay for 1night.

MikeLimMyHotel Brynton is an ideal choice for the business traveler or the short-stay urbanite who prioritizes location, cleanliness, and proximity to infrastructure over onsite resort-style amenities.
However, for travelers expecting a full-service experience—or those looking for a ”resort” feel to justify a higher budget—the current lack of facilities creates a perception of an inflated price tag. It is a property that succeeds on its geography but leaves room for improvement in its value-add services.

The location is very strategic and convenient. However, cleanliness could be improved as it felt somewhat unhygienic. There were also no basic cooking facilities like a rice cooker or pot provided. Overall, the experience was just okay.

Guest UserIt’s pretty well located: near Brinchang, quite close to attractions like Kea Farm, tea plantations, markets, and scenic areas. The hotel is also linked or very near a mall/shopping arcade, convenience stores are just a short walk. That can be very helpful with children. Noise from outside or from adjacent rooms/apartments can be bothersome, but is fine since we come here for outing and attractions. Finally the traffic outside is too congested, not the hotels fault but too many visitors come to cameron highlands nowaday, it's an hour drive from one place to another within short distance.
