AAxingtianchengtuThe location is excellent, right across from the Kuan Tai Temple in Yokohama Chinatown, and it's about an 8-minute walk to the Minatomirai Line subway station. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. You can get free water at the front desk, and the kitchenette offers complimentary drinks. The bed space is very generous, almost like a small double bed, and comes with a table, chair, hanger, and towel. There are outlets conveniently located by the bed and on the bedside table, which is very thoughtful. The room, shower room, and toilet were all very clean, and they even provided paper cups, makeup remover pads, and various other free amenities.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is very convenient. The breakfast selection was limited, but there's a mall right next door which is super handy. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. You can easily walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the CupNoodles Museum from here. The staff were really friendly too. Definitely recommend!

PpoptotiThe hotel's location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from the JR station. The room isn't small by Japanese standards, and it was very clean and quiet. Shopping is super convenient nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat. There's even a budget-friendly supermarket and a 7-Eleven right across the street. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yokohama.

MMaggiemakkkkThis is my third stay in yokohama hilton and I got free upgrade with better view! Thanks for the arrangement! As always, the room is tidy and clean! However, the service in breakfast just a little bit disappointed! In the past, they serve the coffee immediately, while no one is care except the last morning (maybe just too busy?). Anyway, overall is nice!

CCZWONGHad a very pleasant stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Yokohama-Koen. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance to Yokohama Stadium, Chinatown, and public transport, making it easy to explore the area.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The bed was cozy, and the overall space was well-maintained. Staff were polite, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out.
Amenities were sufficient, and everything felt organized and hassle-free. Overall, a great balance of comfort, location, and value for money. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama!

SsgargiuloThe hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

GGuest UserMy stay at Comfort Hotel Yokohama Kannai was enjoyable overall. Parking costs 1,600 yen per day. The front desk team was welcoming, attentive, and professional, making check-in quick and easy. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied—I loved the creamy scrambled eggs with toast and broccoli, and the grilled mackerel with rice was outstanding. Granola with fresh milk was a nice addition. The double room was clean and comfortable, although the bed felt a bit tight. It would be more convenient if complimentary bottled water were available.

NNixaWhat a great little find! Perfect price, perfect stay. The room is definitely teeny tiny BUT… the staff are friendly and helpful, there’s lots of toiletries to choose from on arrival, bakery items for purchase 24/7, sanitiser available on every floor, comfy bed, dressing gown and slippers…good breakfast buffet (though no hot selection for vegetarians other than soup). Bus and train within walking distance. Close to marina and a couple of great izakaya. Overall, just terrific.
