Hotels with Breakfast in Furano

2nd time staying at this hotel. Location is a few km from town centre, but not an issue if you are driving as it takes only a few minutes. Room is spacious and clean. Lounge service provided for all staying guests, which included manual DIY grinding coffee and local wine. A pity this time round, breakfast does not serve Dutch Baby (pancake with DIY toppings), which we truly enjoyed during the last visit.

Fantastic place to stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the onsen was very enjoyable. Staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. I particularly liked the welcome drinks area, which is open daily with some light snacks and drinks, including local wine. It is a nice place to relax after a full day out. Dinner also comes with a curated main course, which was exceptionally good. My only small complaint is that the buffet selection for both breakfast and dinner was largely the same each day. By the third day, it started to feel quite repetitive. One of my favourite parts of the hotel was the common area and outdoor space. There is a fireplace where you can buy marshmallows from the hotel shop and toast them over the fire — a great way to wind down at the end of the day. We visited during summer, so we also spent time outdoors playing with sparklers. I can imagine the atmosphere being even better in winter, sitting indoors around the wood-burning fireplace after coming in from the cold. Overall, a very enjoyable and memorable stay, especially for families or anyone looking for a relaxing base in Furano.

Very good homestay, fully equipped, can cook, the location is a bit far from Furano Station, you need to take a bus or taxi, the landlord drove to the JR station when you left, very kind.

I had a wonderful stay at Chalet Burlap Furano (yes, this is their official name on Google map) and enjoyed their hospitality! The host is very friendly and kindly recommended what to do and visit in Furano. I had a great experience exploring Furano with Motorbike, recommended by my host Kuen! It is warm and cozy hostel and also got music shows after 9pm. Highly recommended!!

Lovely front desk service staff, mostly. They willingly offered to let me check in an hour earlier as the room is already cleaned and ready - something which most other hotels refuse to do at zero fee. Excellent location close to the Furano train/bus station, with a supermart and a pharmacy close by. And an awesome lamb shabu place at the back of the hotel. A very beautiful location that is unfortunately a bit too far away if you don't have a car. But the host is very friendly. Room is fine. The breakfast too. It might be useful to also make a dinner reservation. We had not done that and there is not much to be found in the area

First, Trip.com needs an update. This hotel doesn't have bathtubs in all rooms, even though the website says they do. However, I wasn't planning on checking out when I arrived, so I stayed and ended up using the large baths both nights. This is a very old-fashioned inn, so the price is quite reasonable. It's just a little dated. I saw a lot of Japanese people staying there, and it's actually quite down-to-earth. 😂 I highly recommend it for those traveling by car. There aren't many accommodation options in Furano, and there aren't many shopping malls or convenience stores nearby. It's recommended to buy something and then take it home.

I found the accommodation is great value if you are solo traveler but don't want to stay in hostel. Free parking is a bonus and close to Lawson and Coop (supermarket) which is convenient. The downside is they don't have a communal kitchen and you have to ask owner for hot water which I found a little bit inconvenience.
