Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do!
Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious!
Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well.
Overall I had an amazing stay in there.

Facilities: The hotel offers coin-operated washing machines (300 JPY per wash), but thankfully, the dryer is free. Perhaps due to its seaside location, the hotel corridors and room corridors are just bare concrete, with no decoration.
Cleanliness: The room has a wet/dry separation, and the shower area is great – spacious with a unique showerhead.
Environment: It's very close to the sea, so you can go for a swim anytime. It's also near American Village, making it convenient for both dining and beach activities.
Service: At check-in, the front desk informed us that housekeeping is only provided for guests staying 3 nights or more consecutively. They also don't change trash bags during your stay unless you specifically ask for them. For example, I had to ask the front desk for three bottles of mineral water on my second day. Overall, the service wasn't overly enthusiastic, but it wasn't bad either.
Summary: The price isn't particularly cheap, but I was quite satisfied with the three beds, which were large enough for us with kids, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the room lighting is a bit dim at night. Four stars for the sea view.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room has everything you need: a fridge, kettle, and stove, plus a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our trip. The room also has air conditioning and ventilation, which is a big plus. It's very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We recommend it!

Guest UserI visit Okinawa several times a year, and when my usual hotel was fully booked, I started looking elsewhere. I was drawn in by this hotel's location and newness, so I decided to book it.
Upon arrival, the luxurious building really stood out. The moment I entered the room, I knew I'd hit the jackpot! The room itself was fantastic, very spacious, and apparently all rooms come with a washer-dryer and a mini-kitchen. It wasn't just new; the room was decorated in soothing, consistent tones, making for a truly relaxing and wonderful stay.
The public bath also provides towels, and the flow from the pool is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for families with children!
I used the small gym daily, and it was easy to access with a water cooler available. When I wanted to do some light cooking in the room and asked the front desk for assistance, they immediately brought up plates, knives, pots, pans, spatulas, and a wine opener.
Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Okinawa, this one easily became my favorite! My family and I are already talking about visiting again, and if we like it just as much, we might make it our new regular spot!
Regarding operations, I did feel there were still some areas for improvement. Check-in wasn't very smooth, and using the parking lot was a hassle (having to tell the front desk the car number every single time, and it being a multi-story garage meant taking a while to get the car in and out). There was also a delay in getting a response about a lost item. However, considering it's a newly opened hotel and every single staff member was incredibly kind and pleasant, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all during my stay.
Thank you for a dream-like time!

Guest UserThe location is very convenient—about a 10-minute drive from American Village. However, there doesn’t seem to be any public transportation nearby, so it’s more suitable for those traveling by car. The room is spacious and very clean. Having two bathrooms is ideal for group travel. Although there is a dryer, it’s recommended to bring some IKEA-style drying racks or other laundry equipment. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again next time.

Guest UserThe place itself was quite clean and in a nice location. The only problem with the place is it’s impossible to contact any staff. They have no front desk, and even though they have a “direct line” at the entrance of the hotel, no one picks up even during their working hours.
The WiFi in my room broken down after the first night of my stay, I tried to contact the hotel staff through phone call, email etc but received no response from them, the issue persisted until the end of my trip, rendering me unable to access the internet.
Luckily trip.com was responsive and gave me a reasonable compensation for the additional costs I incurred in order to access the internet.
In short, the hotel is decent if you don’t run into any problems and don’t require any contact with their staff, otherwise I’d suggest you stay at somewhere with actual working staffs!

• Lovely on a sunny day
• A big plus to have a comfortable outdoor space
👉 More of a 'local Okinawa' vibe than a resort feel.

Thai happyA cute hostel with vintage vibe. The staff is very nice and friendly. I was especially satisfied with the location because there’s a big supermarket and drug store right in front of the hostel. American Village is within walkable distance as well. Super convenient. Hair dryer, hair conditioner and laundry service are available. Overall I enjoyed the stay here.

We are very happy with the stay and would come back. The twin rooms are spacious, clean and have a balcony. Due to the proximity of the Main Street which our balcony was facing, we could hear the occasional loud car noise during the night. The hallways leading to the rooms had a moldy smell and some large mold spots, which is difficult to avoid given the high humidity. However, the rooms have not been affected at all.

Mango Resort was a great find - conveniently located close to Sunabe sea wall, American Village, restaurants etcc at a great price! My double bed room was compact but is cozy and worked great for a solo traveler (refrigerator, kitchenette, hot shower etc) Unit even had a washer/dryer but it was out of service during my stay. Check-in is via call center
once you arrive at the property - make sure you have the door code to the building to enter!! Overall, excellent stay and I plan to return 😀
