La'gent Hotel Okinawa is a fantastic choice for a hostel stay! The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The bathrooms are impressively clean—definitely the best I've seen in a hostel. The amenities are great, too! I stayed in a room with four beds, and everyone was respectful and quiet, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. The common area for food was also kept tidy, making it a nice spot to hang out. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and clean hostel option!

As we checked in the room (room number: 2016), we found the room type was different than the one shown on the website. It was clear that two beds were movable. For most of the people I guess, the beds are not confortable cause they are not fixed. Moreover, the beds were located next to the window. I could here the traffic outside all night. What made it worse was that we were not asked that our room had been changed or somehow .......no ! Nothing at all.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights to explore the central part of Okinawa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers free parking and complimentary rental bikes to explore the nearby area. The English-speaking staff and receptionists were friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours a day, which added to our comfort. Our room was spacious, featuring traditional tatami-style flooring and a clean, well-maintained interior. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and faced the ocean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed with separate areas for wet and dry use, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel provides free laundry facilities, which was very convenient. A simple breakfast is included, consisting of three pastries and your choice of coffee, tea, or a local drink. The only downside was the room door, which was slightly stuck and difficult to open. Hopefully, this is something the hotel can improve. The location is great—within walking distance to the beach and just a 5-minute drive to the American Village. However, the area can be a bit dark at night due to limited street lighting, and the hotel is located behind an alley, which may be a concern for some. Overall, this hotel offers great value and comfort, especially for travelers looking to explore the middle region of Okinawa.

Stayed only a night as a road trip stop-over. Got upgraded to sea view. Decent room. Great location if you want to visit America Village, almost everything is within walking distance. Lots of food choices.

You can walk to American Village, Aeon Mall There is a free light breakfast Only 2 bottles of water, will not add Have to carry your own towel, pack garbage, no one to clean the room There is not enough parking space during peak season The soundproofing is poor. I can hear the sound of walking upstairs all night. I can't sleep until 2am The most complimentary thing is that there is a washing machine and dryer, only a pack of laundry detergent 

I have stayed in two of his apartments. I originally wanted to book the one by the sea, but I don't know why I couldn't book it with my children. In the end, I had to choose this one. I was amazed when I opened the door. The space was bigger than the previous one and it was very clean. I went to Okinawa five or six times, and I stayed at MRKINJO every time. It was clean. There was a microwave in the room. Every night we bought various cooked food bento boxes at the supermarket, and we heated them up for breakfast the next day. It was OK. It was a 3-5 minute walk to the surrounding supermarkets. There were all kinds of places to eat, including barbecue, udon noodles, pasta pizza, sushi, and beef rice, which were a 5-10 minute walk. The nearest beach is (Araha) Park, which is a 20-minute walk. There is a pirate ship slide for children to play. It is very interesting to pick up more than a dozen hermit crabs by the beach. Because my 13-year-old brother likes fishing, we spend a lot of time fishing at various beaches. Except for going to (zoo) (aquarium) (AEON), which requires bus or taxi, we go to the beach on foot😊3-4 beaches are almost within 30 minutes' walk. I recommend a photo of the sunset at the beach. There is no apartment.

We had a fantastic stay in Chatan. The rooms are outdated as most of the hotels in the island but it is very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had to work as well and the internet worked perfectly. Nice balcony with distant sea view, wash machine and a safe were all a plus. It is very close to very nice restaurants and 15 walk to the bus station. We would have liked to stay longer but in the future will always be our place to stay :)

The hotel has a multi storey parking for hotel guest use, free of charge, but need to have a chop at front desk. Also there is a Aeon nearby which is tax free. We buy a lot of souvenir there! Hotel is located just next to American Village Depot Island. It is just across the street... and u will find plenty of shops, restaurants and entertainment there. Although the view is not good, there is a balcony in our room. There is also a public bath (free of charge) as well...open till very late, many people go there at night. Remember to go before sunset as the sea view is great and many people go there for photo taking.

It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice. It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village. And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!

The sea view is nice, many people are walking or running on the riverbank, the service staff can communicate in English and are friendly, the vending machines have instant noodles, drinks and daily necessities which are very convenient, there are four light parking spaces and five in general, otherwise you can park by the riverbank, you can get towels at the counter every day, and there is free coffee, although the elevator is small, it is enough, suitable for renting a car and driving, good value for money.
