Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one!
Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing.
1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand.
2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”?
3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way.
I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking.
I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking.
Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all.
Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

Located in a corner of the American Village, it is quiet in a bustling city. The green wall in the hotel patio is very beautiful. When I came, I encountered a jazz live. The atmosphere was great. The room was also very large, but it should be a conversion from a residential building. The switches were very scattered, which was a bit inconvenient. The meat portion of the breakfast entree was huge, there were not many buffet choices, and the quality was average. Overall, I was still very satisfied.

Located next to the downtown seaside street of American Village, the balcony of the room has a beautiful view
The breakfast restaurant in the hotel is okay. The dining table is in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows on the seaside side. The view is unparalleled. However, the only drawback is that the food options are slightly sparse.
Considering the price, the price-performance ratio is not high

KKennethThis is one of the best stays I had when I was in Ryukyu. The bed is the greatest feature I love about as it is so soft and comfy. The sound insulation is great either. As I have my own car, the hotel provides private parking bay for their guests which is a bonus. The only rooms for improvement that I would like to comment is cleanliness. During our stay we spotted a jeans which was left by the previous guests below the chair.

CChin SoonLocation was top notch, next to Hilton and the American Village, just a stone’s throw away from the beach. Lots of food options around the hotel. The Japanese bathroom was a nice touch after a long day out. Cleanliness was faultless, and they have a tuk tuk service to the American Village during the evening time.

LLvanOverall, I think it's too small. But the location is very good. It's just a short walk to the American Village. However, we normally check out at 11:00. He asked us to check out at 10:00, and then we had to pay an extra 3,000 yen to check out at 11:00. I still don't like it.

VVan GottIt is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark.

DDKirkThe location is right outside American Village, very near to McDonald’s and A&W, the staff doesn’t speak English so it’s much better to communicate with them through email in English. The room is clean, it has a nice balcony (no view), decent tv to watch Netflix, good wifi & amenities, kitchen is great if you stay for over a week and you can rent out kitchenware which really comes handy. It costs 1000 yen in the booklet but the girl charged us for 3000 yen which I don’t get why but it’s whatever lol over all, great!

GGuest UserThe Hotel is located next to Steakhouse, BBQ and Italian Restaurants and the Sunabe Wall dive site. If you arrive by bus the hotel is a 15min Walk away from the Bus stop of the Kadena US Military Base Entrance. They have free laundry and vending machines for food and drinks.
I had a nice stay. The room was small but tidy and I had views on city and ocean.
