Chatan Hotels with Balcony

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

We stayed for one night at DoubleTree by Hilton. Upon check-in, we were welcomed by the signature DoubleTree chocolate cookie. It was declious but unforunately, not really warm. We booked a terrace room with sea view and it was large and very comfortable. The package we booked came with a 90-minute buffet dinner at Hilton Hotel, which was scrumptious and we got to try many signature Okinawan dishes. As a DoubeTree guest, we could only use the facilities in Hilton and we joint their sunset yoga class. The instructor was very friendly. It was conducted in Japanese, but body language matters the most in terms of sprots. Believe it or not? It was my first time trying yoga and the experience was pleasant in general. We also tried their buffet breakfast. The range of selection for food was wide and I recalled that they even had soft serve. The quality was good and worth trying. There was also a Lawson convenience store around the corner and the hotel was very conveniently to the seaside. If I have to pick on one thing about the hotel, I hope that there will be more activities for hotel guests to join and there could be counters selling desserts like sliced cakes for hotel guests :-) All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at DoubleTree and will definitely join again!

Okinawa for the first time in 13 years, beach tower for the first time in 13 years The room is large, the hot springs are very satisfied with the facilities and location such as a heated pool, but ... I was disappointed with the response at check-in. Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. I would like to review the system at check-in and review the education of the staff.

I must say I am really impressed with the breakfast buffet. It is a must try. Adult 2000yen and child 1000yen. There are Udon station, kids station, champuru, Taco station, make your own kaisay don of course not forgetting the desserts and blue seal ice cream. Room is big and clean. I have 2 double bed, bed is big and face the sea.

The Hotel is in a walking distance to American Village (~10 minutes). Hotel provided free “Golf car” service between hotel and American village, in the afternoon. There is also another free golf car service, guess this is cooperated by all hotels in the area, see the timetable attached. Room is big and clean.

My three-nite stay was amazing! The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities of a luxury hotel, all with a beautiful ocean view. Along with the breakfast which was included in my plan, they had afternoon tea service, which I unfortunately missed, and the happy hour was a wonderful surprise. The red and white wine selections were splendid, along with the yummy appetizers. To top it off, the friendly, hotel staff was excellent, especially Ms. Rodriguez who is bilingual and a true asset to this beautiful hotel.

My wife and I are moving back to the states after a 5 year tour with the air force and are traveling with three small shih tzu puppies with one being a service dog for my wife’s medical condition. The military lodging would not let us stay with them because they have a two pet policy and can’t be over 50 lbs. we had to be out of our house before Christmas and we were not leaving til the 11 Jan and had no where to go. I just happen to see a advertisement about a DSH Resort that allows dogs and I called them. I talked to Victor a person that answered the phone and he set us up immediately accepting all three dogs and even check on my wife that was in the emergency room during our move to the resort. This is a class act of an organization and Victor made us feel like we were always number 1 on his list. Please ensure you stay at any of the DSH Resorts Okinawa because you will be treated great and will enjoy your stay on the beach. Curtis and Cindy

I went on a 3-night, 4-day trip with my family. My family went to the market at Aeon Mall and enjoyed Japanese food at the accommodation. Convenience store food is delicious. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ We drank a lot of Orion beer. There was a washer and dryer, so we didn't have to bring a lot of clothes. It was nice to wash them and wear them or buy clothes locally. However, there was a strange smell near the kitchen, so it was a bit difficult. The inside of the water purifier was clean and the water was good, so my skin was soft. The view outside the window was beautiful at night and the ocean was visible in the distance during the day. The location was really good, and American Village was really good at night. My family enjoyed the night streets fantastically. The gifts and Sanrio cosmetics were cheaper than other places. The steakhouse in American Village was really delicious, and the pancake house was the best. Everything was resolved with simple English and Japanese, so it was a comfortable trip. There are many cheaper options than Don Quijote in Kokusai Street and Aeon Mall, so I recommend comparing while walking around and going shopping on the last day.

First self-driving trip to Okinawa 4 days and 3 nights I chose to stay in Chatan (quadruple room) for the first two nights. Reasons for choosing this home 1. The price is very cost-effective (combined with the discount of booking a room for the first time on Trip) 2. Apartment-style hotel (we want to simply cook ingredients bought in the supermarket 3. The location is excellent (5 minutes’ drive from American Village, nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, and various restaurants. It just so happens that it’s not too far to go to Churaumi the next day, and it’s also 13 minutes to Aeon Mall. about) After check-in Check in/out There are two screens on the wall as soon as you enter the door. You can enter the information yourself (no counter service). I personally think it is quite simple to operate. On the contrary, when I unlocked the key box outside the room, I was a little confused about where the key was. It took me a while to figure it out🤣 (probably a personal problem environment/service Although I saw a medium-sized spider on the wall as soon as I entered the door, luckily my friend who was traveling with me was not afraid to drive it away. But the overall environment from the lobby to the room and balcony is clean and tidy. Washing machine, dryer, kitchen supplies and refrigerator are all clean👍🏻 In the bathroom, you have to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. You can also pull the shower head outside and stand on the floor to wash, but the floor will be very wet and there will be a little water accumulation. When booking for consecutive stays, I was informed that cleaning and towels would not be changed. (We stayed for two nights, and the room only provided one big and small towel for each person) After booking this part, you can communicate with the hotel first to see if it can be prepared for two days. Thoughts after staying for two nights There are bicycles available for rent Convenient parking (free parking lot, semi-indoor and outdoor locations, at least a dozen cars can be parked) The bed is quite comfortable. I might be too tired every day so I just fall asleep. The soundproofing is pretty good. The balcony is so big that you can see the taller buildings in the American Village and a little bit of the sea. We all like it. There is a supermarket nearby that can be reached within a 5-minute walk. It is open until 23:00. It is very convenient for friends who live together to go shopping.

A self-service family-style hotel, clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen and pots. You can buy ingredients from the supermarket to cook yourself. There is a washing machine, but the dryer is out of order. It is very close to the American Village and is very convenient.
