GGuest UserWe arrived at 1pm & even though check in was at 3pm the front desk kindly allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated. All the staff were generally friendly & helpful. Location is good, lots of food and minimarts in the immediate area. Can also walk to Nagoya mall, about 10 to 15 mins away. We stayed in a smoking room suite. Room was spacious & clean with a simple decor. King size bed with bathrobes & slippers provided. Water pressure was good. Aircon & fridge was cold. The door lock didn't work so we just used the chain. Which was fine as the key cards only brought you up to yr specific floor so we weren't too worried. The restaurant for breakfast was nice & bright with a good variety of food. Quite fast to clear the plates. There was just a bit of a wait for seating but understand why as it was a weekend & i think it was a full house.

SSumi BeenThe hotel is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here. The lobby is very bright and spacious. There is also an Indomaret just around a 2-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. Even though there are not many food places or restaurants nearby, it was not a problem for us since we were using a motorbike.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

DDenis M LWhenever I am in batam I have always booked Aston group as it's trustworthy. This time , I decided to try Aston residence due to the balcony and the mini kitchen. For me personally, the room seems a bit worn out rather than the hotel rooms itself . Water heater in my room was on and off and I couldn't get any hot water . Hot water was on for 3mins and it turned cold after. Hopefully the Management can look into it. Overall, service and accessibility to the nearby mall were convenient!

GGuest UserI went with my hubby n daughter, amazing connecting room was arranged. Room is so clean n good deluxe size. With impressive nostalgic view. The staff at the lobby, he has extended his assistance to us by bringing us to cross the road over to the opposite pharmacy to get some medication. We gratefully appreciated his help. There is even lobby with fifa football matches screening n the fruit juice is so well prepared service to us. Love this hotel n its location. Plus have all the staff with their sincere smiling faces, definitely will go back and stay. They also have wellness spa with reasonable rates in the room. We went for the facial wellness at a reasonable price.

MMei Sin Maxine TengI spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there. But the bathroom
 that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy? The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.” Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile. Great location, lovely people
 just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.

Staff cleaned the room daily. Environment: The room was filled with a scent, which I personally didn't care for. The room faced the street and was extremely noisy. On the first night, I had a splitting headache and had to buy painkillers from across the street just to get some sleep. Light sleepers might find this quite challenging. Service: The staff were very pleasant, polite, and efficient.

AAnnieECFGreat experience in this hotel, although slide uncomfortable experience with the arrangement of the rooms, as I requested 4 non-smoking room but got smoking rooms instead. However, front desk was able to squeeze in 1 nonsmoking room for us, which was still bearable. One of our family members had her birthday on the 2nd day of the stay, so the staff was able to light decorate the room, and have a special arrangement for breakfast. Great experience for us!
