Nagoya Hotels with Bars

After a friendly & fast registration, we were told the room wasn't ready yet which was fine since we were an hour early. Decided to have coffee at the hotel's coffeehouse while we waited. About 15 minutes later the very nice front desk officer (didn't take down his name, sorry!) actually came over to our table with our room key to let us know our room was ready. Our room was a smoking room on the 17th floor. It was a very decent sized room with a comfortable extra sized king bed & large tv screen. Fridge & aircon was cold, bathrobes & slippers provided. Loved that each side of the bed had power outlets. The bathroom mirror has backlit lights that are controlled with a touch button on the mirror itself. Water pressure & water temperature control were great. The shower stall was big, which I appreciate. I have to make a special mention about breakfast. Halfway through our meal, we saw some of the staff standing by the wall. They stood evenly spaced out all through the restaurant. I thought, hmm, maybe a vip is coming. Music came on, so then i thought somebody's birthday? My jaw dropped a bit when they started dancing haha. I've gone to dinners that came with a show but this was the first time I've seen a breakfast show. Bravo though to all the staff for being so sporting!! Not sure if breakfast needed a show but it was certainly very entertaining lol. Food was good, amazing spread with lots of variety. Seating was spaced out so it didn't feel cramped. Lovely decor & quick on the plate clearing. All in all, this was a very good stay. My first time at a harris property & definitely won't be my last.

Amazing stay at such an affordable price! Room was clean and staff were very friendly and responsiv. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets. Location is amazing. Many good cafes and restaurants around. Convenience stores, Itsumo tart, soi by nick, batam city sq mall, si fang yuan dim sum are all in a 1-6 min walking radius. 4 of us stayed in the family room, which has a bunk bed that can fit up to 4 pax and also a master bedroom (another 2 pax). Bottled water, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, towels and hair dryer provided. Wifi available. Lots of space to hang items up. Please bring cash for the deposit of 500,000rp.

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

The hotel is relatively new and it is nicely renovated with modern and stylish finishing. The room is very clean and comfortable, water stream is huge for shower, TV is big and nevertheless a comfort bed for good dream. It is not very far from most of the eatery and shopping area but still requires Gojek/Grab. Amenities is pretty much ok but I personally would prefer to have a swimming pool though. Overall stay experience is wonderful!

No issues, but it's a bit noisy at night since it's next to the road. On the other hand, it's convenient because it's in the city center. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the 4th floor was also spotless.

I had a really comfortable stay at Biz Hotel Batam. The location is super convenient for getting around the city and close to shopping and dining options. The room was clean,strong AC, fast WiFi. Staff were friendly and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Batam.

Good location with many food options nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Hill Mall. Breakfast is superb, delicious local tastes. The room is clean but lacks amenities, especially hand towels and hairdryers.

good location ! It's located right across from the A2 food court, making it very convenient to get anywhere from here. Would definitely come back!

The environment here is great, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, including lots of delicious food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!
