The only thing to note is that there is a group of dogs next to the hotel. People who are afraid of dogs recommend staying in a river view room, because they will stay in the main hotel, there is a very cute kitten! I heard that the more prosperous part of Aswan is the east bank of the Nile, but this is a small hotel in a Nubian village on the west bank of the Nile. If you have a chartered car, you can stay in the village to experience the Nubian culture (there is a section of road under construction into the village, it is not easy to walk and it is very dark at night). You can see the sunrise over the Nile when you go out in the morning. It is very quiet and the small village is also very beautiful. The service is particularly good. The hotel we booked to pick us up from Cairo to Aswan was charged $55. It took about 40 minutes to drive. I felt cheated. In fact, you can call a taxi directly from the airport. It is not as chaotic as it is said on the Internet. The breakfast in the hotel is not bad. The fried egg is very delicious. There is a waiter who is Nubian. He is very nice to me.
