Overall it is OK. The special room I lived in was very large and spacious. The bedding was also changed for each guest (because the cover was wet when we checked in, it proved to be just changed). The only downside is that the air conditioner is also cooling and the noise is quite loud. The bath water is also hot and cold. But it does not affect the accommodation.

The food at the hotel was excellent, and there were so many activities to enjoy. The VIP queue experience was also great. A very small number of staff members tried to shirk responsibility. When we first returned to the hotel from Xiangshawan, the waiting area was completely empty. A drowsy older gentleman told us to just get on the next jeep that arrived. As soon as the jeep pulled up, about a dozen people appeared, led by a female staff member. She immediately started bossing us around, saying it was for *them* and that we should go queue up. I was quite annoyed and said that when we arrived, there was no one here, and now that *they* have arrived, we're suddenly told to queue up, meaning we'd be stuck behind these dozen-plus people and God knows how long we'd have to wait. Seeing my strong tone, this female staff member simply said, ”I don't know,” shrunk her neck, and stayed silent. She made no effort to help us or manage the other group, acting as if we should just sort it out ourselves. Fortunately, another vehicle arrived quickly, and the driver was excellent, immediately saying there was space for everyone and that there were plenty of cars. If it weren't for the good driver, and me being tired, I would have definitely noted down the employee number of that staff member who was so aggressive at first but then immediately cowered and dodged responsibility when faced with someone assertive. 2. The wait time for the small train shuttle to and from the room was very long. I suggest informing guests how long the wait will be. The first time we left, it arrived in about 2 minutes, so I assumed it would always be quick. The second time, I waited for ten minutes and it still hadn't arrived. Only after calling again was I told it would be another five minutes. I recommend informing guests of the expected wait time during the initial booking to help them decide whether to continue waiting. Furthermore, the so-called QR code reservation system was not user-friendly at all. You couldn't note the number of people, it didn't show how many people were ahead of you, and I didn't see any time advantage. I specifically took a photo of the QR code and made a reservation while I was in the lobby, but when I went upstairs, I was still behind people who only reported their room numbers to the staff *after* arriving upstairs. Overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, and I definitely plan to come back in the summer.

We spent several days traveling in Inner Mongolia with our family, and stayed at this hotel one night. The hotel is located on a small alley, so it's a little hard to find, but it's not a problem following GPS. It looks like a new hotel; the facilities and equipment are quite new, and the staff were very friendly. Aside from the slightly out-of-the-way location, everything else was great. There's a huge parking lot in front of the hotel, so parking isn't a problem. There are also plenty of parking spaces nearby. This hotel is worth considering.

We checked in during the morning and the place was really lovely, super clean. For the same price point, this guesthouse's decor is truly excellent! Folks, this should be your top choice. Plus, there's a picking area in the yard with organic fruits, and we weighed some to eat on the road. There's a small restaurant across the street with food. We didn't get a chance to have breakfast, but the owner said it's a buffet. Their stir-fries are really good, made with their own vegetables – highly recommended!

The location is excellent, with countless restaurants, supermarkets, and malls right outside – it's super convenient for dining and shopping, making getting around a breeze. The service attitude is five-star. The room is very good. I didn't expect to get such a high-end room in Ordos at this price. Although the breakfast is not many types, it is of high quality, including beef jerky, haggis noodles, and a laundry room for drying. It’s so convenient to travel with a baby. Can be heard, breakfast is relatively simple, But for this distance from Xiangsha Bay, the hotel is very cost-effective!
