Staying at Shunsha, I had a VIP wristband, which allowed for a smooth cable car ride to the island via Ropeway No. 3. The staff at the transfer station were very enthusiastic and helpful, contacting a shuttle bus to take us to the hotel. The young lady at the lobby was incredibly beautiful and welcoming. The kids' entertainment area was fantastic, featuring a 3D printer, microscopes for observing animal and plant furs, and even microscopes to view sand from various islands. There was also a VR room next to it. The pool lifeguard was amazing, constantly monitoring the kids in their glass boats. The pool area had a fantastic vibe in the evening. The staff even set up beach chairs for guests to watch the sunset, which was incredibly thoughtful. The stargazing guide in the evening was very engaging and knowledgeable, and there were quizzes with many small gifts given out. The young man went out of his way to drive me to different locations, making it much easier to explore the area. He also cooked delicious food, which was a real highlight of my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. His hospitality made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put into making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We brought our kids to experience the Desert Starry Sky Capsule, and they absolutely loved the space-themed design the moment they saw it! The camp is located right in the desert, so you can go sandboarding and play in the sand right outside your door. The kids had an amazing time. The room was spotlessly clean, with plenty of hot water available 24/7, and all the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were warm and friendly, and the camp food was delicious and reasonably priced. There was also a lively bonfire party at night, and we even went stargazing in the desert. Overall, the parent-child experience was fantastic and it's highly recommended for families traveling with children!
