There are many entertainment facilities for children, and the staff in the kids' zone were incredibly gentle and attentive, helping with childcare and playtime throughout, completely freeing up the parents. The trendy boat photo spot is also great for pictures, you can watch the sunset in the afternoon and stargaze at night 🔭. It's an excellent hotel for a family trip with kids~

GGuest UserThe shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

GGuest UserSisters visiting Xiangshawan and Ordos! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The moment I walked in, I was charmed by the lucky bamboo in the lobby and the koi pond. Watching the fish swim peacefully in such a comfortable environment instantly melted away the exhaustion of travel. I especially want to commend the hotel's delivery robot. No need to go downstairs to pick up takeout, and no contact with strangers – it's incredibly social-anxiety friendly. The robot automatically calls you for delivery, which is so thoughtful and convenient, truly enhancing the stay experience!

The front desk lady was warm and professional, checked in quickly, and took the initiative to give a lot of suggestions for surrounding play. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, the sound insulation effect was also very good, and I slept until dawn. The bathroom supplies are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the living is particularly comfortable. The location is excellent, close to Kubuqi and Yinkentara scenic spots, you can step on the sand when you go out. In the afternoon, you can see the beautiful sunset of the desert! The traffic is also very convenient. The best thing is that the yard listens to the wind of the desert at night, and the sky is full of stars. The experience is full! Although the room is simple, it is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the hot water is enough, and it is especially good to rest after a day of playing. The stewed lamb and glazed noodles in the surrounding local restaurants are also very authentic and affordable. If you don't pursue luxury, focus on cost-effectiveness and convenience, this one is absolutely closed!
