GGuest UserThere is nothing blatantly wrong with the hotel except I do not think I was treated fairly. When I reserved the room a month again, I put in a special request for higher floor. I understand the request is not a guarantee, but when someone else checking in before me with the same type of room, asked for higher floor and got a room, while I had requested that for a month and yet my request could not be granted? That can only mean one thing: they never check your special request nor do they bother to take note of it! If that is the attitude of the hotel, it only implies that they act as if they care, but they don't. To me, I may never choose to stay in Vienna anymore.

It is full now that it is not the tourist season. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The air conditioner is warm enough and the shower water is hot enough. The breakfast is not so good. The insulation is too poor and the dishes are basically cold. Fortunately, there are boiled noodles, otherwise it is impossible to eat in such a cold weather... The hotel only gives 2 bottles of bottled water. You can't ask for more bottles (you have to pay). I have stayed in cheap and expensive hotels all over the country, and none of them said they would not give it...

Hotel is well maintain, super clean, smell fresh, keycard access for security, lift to each floor. Hotel room is comfortable, hot water shower, water dispenser at lobby, clean sheets, water boiler for coffee, strong wifi signal, TV with local tv box channels. Host is helpful and room is great pricing for foreigner-guests. Safe choice for Solo female backpacker definitely value for money probably one of my best stays in Guanxi province. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserZizhu International Hotel was a great place to stay while visiting Baise. I used to work in Baise thirty years ago. Now Baise has become a big and modern city, and it was hard to find my way around, but this hotel in the city centre made it a lot easier. I enjoyed the view of Youjiang river and was amazed to see the new Baise hospital building just across the street. Zizhu International Hotel is a modern hotel with excellent facilities as well as service. I thought that staying at such a hotel would be very expensive, but it wasn't. It was rather cheap. A great surprise! If I return to Baise again, I will definitely book again.
