This hotel room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy! The high floor has a wide view, good lighting, and is transparent from north to south. The overall service of the hotel is very good. After check-in, there is a customer manager who will follow up the service, very meticulous and thoughtful! Located next to the river in Baise, this hotel sits on a quiet street and driveway, away from traffic. The hotel has gardens and also the interesting Red Sprit Park is behind the hotel too. There is a shopping mall that is about a 10-minute walk away and has various restaurants and shops. Likewise, all areas of the city are easy to reach, including the train station and the new main shopping area.
The hotel boasts a SPA area that includes a good size swimming pool with good temperature water, gym and games rooms. There are also 2 restaurants-Chinese and Western. Check-in was swift, however the hotel is huge, so rooms can be a good 5-minute walk from the lobby itself.
Rooms are very comfortable and the bed is nice and soft. The bathtub and ahowers are also excellent quality. Overall, a very good hotel and wouldn't hesitate coming back to stay again.

The winter in Baise is not very cold, but it is a bit cold at night. The hotel was so heart-warming, and they even gave us a heater at night, which made us feel very comfortable. It was a great idea to stop here in Yunnan. The parking is very convenient and free. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and I will come back when I return. Accommodation and breakfast are also quite good. There are many varieties. I can’t imagine it at this price. Highly recommend the hotel. The carpets are all replaced. My experience.

Better than expected. Large room, clean & comfortable. After booking we asked for a non -smoking room which we got. The corridors however were stinking of cigarette smoke. No ventilation and very stuffy. Needs to improve ventilation and get rid of the stinking smell in the corridors. We're in 2024 and can't believe there are still hotels where smoking is allowed inside the rooms...

Looking at other people's comments, it was said that it was a cottage version of Wynn Palace, but they all gave praise, because there was no child twin bed, and the golden Bauhinia was selected between Wyndham and Golden Bauhinia. MMaoshuyaIt took a minute to check in and get the room card. It was very fast and there was smiling service when I entered. This was very good. After I checked in, I drank the bottled water in the room and called the front desk to replenish two bottles of water. The front desk said it would cost an extra 2 yuan for one bottle (given as a gift). (Almost 30 minutes) I didn’t charge them afterwards and I don’t quite understand.
The guest room is 18 years old and there are still a lot of shortcomings in maintenance. There is a problem with the TV screen display. The sheets are still red and the towels are not clean. The bathroom door cannot be opened. The layout and structure of the room still look comfortable compared to Vienna at the same price.
The breakfast is quite satisfactory and you can eat enough.
Generally speaking, the layout of the room and the use of wooden furniture are very comfortable. If you have high requirements for sleep, it is best not to sleep near the outside window. It is really noisy at night.

Originally, I booked a family room at high speed in the early morning, but I found that the whole building was not very ventilated. The room smelled of tide. The roof was simple iron. The decoration was made next to it. There were a lot of small flying insects in the room. The windows were not ventilated and the paint smell was very big. Helpless to find the front desk to make up the difference of 30 yuan and change to another loft room. There is no door in the bathroom, and there is no door for bathing. It is not suitable for multiple people. It is even more inappropriate to bring a baby. The sanitation is worse, the bath floor is yellow, the roof of the room is more disgusting, the spider webs are facing the top of the bed, and there are spiders crawling in the bathtub downstairs. If the child sleeps upstairs in the bed, the central air conditioner downstairs is not strong and can't be blown up at all. Sleeping upstairs is hot enough to fly. The quilt is really dirty or the thickness of winter. The bed board is too hard. The merchant is equipped with a fan. It is simply a face operation. The bed upstairs can be said to be a posing. The overall hygiene standard is not as good as an ordinary hotel. The whole family slept with mosquito-proof water and wind oil essence for one night, and it was a crime to bring the baby over during the summer vacation. None of the wifi in the store can be connected. The roof of the rainstorm at night is particularly noisy, and the window sill is still seeping. The rare place is that there is free underground parking here, and the little sister at the front desk is really good and responsible. This is worthy of praise.
