I have stayed at the Wyndham Baise Resort a few times during the past couple of years. This past week I stayed two nights with friends to celebrate my birthday. The hotel staff delivered a cake and card to my room, which was a sweet surprise. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is always someone available who can speak English if you need it. We enjoy eating at the restaurant on the first floor which has a variety of good food to choose from. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a pool and a sauna that we use every time we go. I love the view of the city and river from the window. A mall and some restaurants are in walking distance.

The hotel looks quite new, the service is warm, the room facilities are complete, the bedding is clean and hygienic, the price is right, the cost performance is very high, recommended~
