GGuest UserThere is nothing blatantly wrong with the hotel except I do not think I was treated fairly. When I reserved the room a month again, I put in a special request for higher floor. I understand the request is not a guarantee, but when someone else checking in before me with the same type of room, asked for higher floor and got a room, while I had requested that for a month and yet my request could not be granted? That can only mean one thing: they never check your special request nor do they bother to take note of it! If that is the attitude of the hotel, it only implies that they act as if they care, but they don't. To me, I may never choose to stay in Vienna anymore.

GGuest UserThis was the first inn we visited. It felt very clean, and the ground floor was spotless. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming. We arrived and saw a few people chatting and drinking tea on the ground floor, but no one answered our questions. The best part was that they provided a very generous breakfast, which made it worth it. I heard there was a bonfire party in the evening, but it was raining when we visited, so we didn't have one.
