AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and tidy. The landlady is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. Whatever we were missing, we asked the landlady to help us, and she would meet our requirements one by one. Ask him anything at nine o'clock in the evening and he will reply promptly. Later, when I left, I forgot my hat to help us deliver the goods. Later, when I was cleaning up the room, I discovered that there was a plug for the charger, and I took the trouble to ask us again. It's really good. I will choose his home again when I go to Anji in the future.

GGuest UserIt is a very lovely place for a short and relaxing trip. It make you feel homely with the sweetness and kindness of the owners. It is like a “ming shu” stay instead of a hotel stay. Our stay was upgraded as the boss noticed we have a bit of luggage. The room was great. We had fun playing with the “xiaodu” , watching movies with the projector and small cute duckie and giraffe chair. The tissue holder is so cute too. Breakfast is lovely. We had porridge with little small dishes as you would have at home. As we were there during the non peak season, we had a chance of noodles soup as breakfast too. It is a such a sweet thought for us to try different breakfast for the next day. Renting of ski clothes is easy too. We just need to click a WeChat link sent by the lady boss and it is delivered. Although we choose the wrong size. Lady boss helped us to contact the rental company to change out for us. They came back with the right size and even gave us a free ride to the ski transport place. Meals are readily available around. Just need to walk out a bit and feel free to ask lady boss. After a day of fun, we had a lovely treat from the hotel A hot pot of tea with some snacks to go along. We even get to wash some our laundry and before we left, we have some bamboo shoots backs as souvenirs. The sweetness was overwhelming! This is really a lovely place to stay for a short getaway.

GGuest UserI found this resort hotel by chance, and it was like entering a secret place in Taoyuan. The Japanese-style buildings are scattered and surrounded by flowers and trees. The housekeeper team is considerate and can let me know in advance if you have any needs. It is the No. 1 hotel service among all the hotels I have stayed in. Everything is arranged properly. The all-day restaurant serves local dishes with unique flavors. The hotel also has a children's playground, a gym, and hiking trails around. Whether it is a parent-child trip or a leisure vacation, you can enjoy a good time here. I will choose here next time ~

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

LLaowaiBridgeConclusion: overall great relaxing glamping experience but lack a couple of things. I rate it 7.5/10, I would definitely recommend any laowai to go. also pet friendly as some people brought their pets. we stayed for 2 nights over the weekend during plum rain season and it was perfect sleeping under the rain pitter patter. The glamping site also have a pool and a small kids playground (nothing fancy). we stayed on a 2 bedroom tent connected by a tunnel. Food option: breakfast is provided, I'm not sure if the establishment can also provide food for lunch or dinner, but I see some people also buy what appears to be waimai, but we brought our own food and cooked on the deck under the cover with a butane stove, it was great! Activities; the site also have different activities like SUP, horse riding (with a 3rd party) and bonfire, but we didn't do it. we just walked around the site and found that it's part of a greater archeological city tourism site being GE set up. Negative: The only downsides were our tent had a bathtub but it wasn't working, the window doesn't have a block out cover and the surrounding area had some street lights to light up the tent area so some lights still get through, and some people also play loud music(since it's a tent it's not sound proof, but this can't be controlled)

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

LLudanxiaTraveling with our kids this time, the hotel's butler service was truly the most touching part! As soon as we got out of the car, the butler proactively came to help with our luggage and arranged the most convenient transportation and sightseeing routes for us, which saved us so much hassle. This kind of family-like care made us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. Seeing the children have so much fun, we knew we had picked the right place! ❤️

AaaatubuaaaThis hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

On the way, I received the hotel's check-in instructions, which I felt was very considerate. Then I drove over and found that the environment was really beautiful, especially after the rain in the afternoon. There was a wonderful artistic conception of an empty mountain after the rain. Sitting on the balcony in the middle of the night, cooking our own tea and chatting with friends, it reminded me of Su Shi going to comfort Zhang Huaimin in the middle of the night. The artistic conception was full.
