Novotel Hotels in Paris

The room was crazy good with an affordable price, wasn’t expected for the bathtub that was why we loved it here. The hotel is quiet and clean, plus close to the airport, will definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the Gare de Lyon station, making it very convenient for getting around Paris or taking a train to other destinations. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, especially for Paris standards. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were well-thought-out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options, which catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!

The room is very clean Environment: Nice environment Service: Friendly service Facilities: Microwave and refrigerator are very good, the bed is very comfortable, the tatami is very suitable for family stay, the mattress is comfortable and the bed is very wide! A family can stay, 4 people are no problem at all, slippers cost 5 euros

The location is in a rather shady and dirty neighbourhood. The hotel staff wasn't very kind and helpful. We stayed there during the strike period and needed assistance to interpret the public transport information from RATP which was given in French. However, the staff were always dismissive of our call for assistance and simply asked us to take the taxi (which was super expensive during the strike period as it's in high demand). in actual fact, some metro lines and buses were running but only at certain timings. The saving grace is that the hotel room is spacious and clean. The hotel is also near to Carrefour and McDonald. It's about 10 min walk from the metro station.

Very good, the room is clean and spacious, suitable for family travel. Very close to the Palace of Versailles, within walking distance. The breakfast is also very rich and the hotel service is in place. beyond expectation.

I enjoyed the food and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again this hotel next time I come visit Paris again

It is located at the 15 arrondissment, a fairly quieter and safe area in paris! the hotel is just less than 5mins walk from the metro. The room is bigger than i expected and all the facilities look new. I was pleasantly surprise by the room as it has a balcony which you can go out. As a solo traveller i felt quite safe since the police station is just opposite. Vaugiraud station is on the Line 12 of the metro which is easy to access to most of the attraction. Lastly, the staffs are extremely helpful and pleasant which makes my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend

Nestled beside a serene lake, this hotel offers a tranquil escape just a short distance from central Paris. With a calm and inviting atmosphere, attentive staff, a small swimming pool, and kid-friendly facilities, it's a perfect haven for families. Additionally, the surrounding public park, complete with sandy play areas, swings, seesaws, and slides, enhances the overall experience, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and family fun.

Receptionist was friendly and happy, breakfast was really good, restaurant has a higher level of quality, swimming pool was clean, but the room was unnecessarily big, with empty spaces, with a tiny bathroom. Even being a guest I had to pay for the parking lot under the hotel premises (really not sure if this is their policy or what but I felt that I should have chosen another hotel to stay, since nearby you will find plenty of another option). Overall is ok.

The hotel is the right choice for those who want to use public transportation in terms of location. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. It is also very nice to have complimentary coffee, fruit juice and tea drinks in the rooms and to have them repeated every day. We never felt cold on cold days and the beds were very comfortable.
