Novotel Hotels in Paris

The room was extremely environmentally friendly, with no coffee machine and paper cups. That would have been fine, but we checked in very late that night. My daughter and I had to take a shower in the morning, but there was no hot water for a long time. We didn't complain because we were in a hurry, but not being able to take a shower made us feel bad for the whole day. I won't be so nice next time. Isn't it a joke that you can't take a hot shower in a four-star hotel?

Additionally, the surrounding public park, complete with sandy play areas, swings, seesaws, and slides, enhances the overall experience, making it an ideal retreat for both relaxation and family fun.

The hotel is not far from the main attractions, close to the subway station, and the surrounding restaurants are also very convenient. The hotel breakfast is quite rich. The sofa bed in the family room I booked is also quite comfortable!

I loved staying at the hotel.The best experience was when I was almost late for the breakfast.One of the waiters was kind and very patient, he accepted to wait for me and made sure I get all the food I needed. Furthermore when I had to extend my staying I didn’t have to move to another room.They helped me with a fast check-in

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Paris Gare De Lyon. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the Gare de Lyon station, making it very convenient for getting around Paris or taking a train to other destinations. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, especially for Paris standards. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities were well-thought-out. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options, which catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris!

Excellent airport hotel. Good sized and newly renovated suite. Bit far away from CDG but still OK with the shuttle service at 5EUR RT Staff was attentive Recommended for CDG transit

Air conditioning is still not working although there is some air ventilation blowing and a fan. Lucliky the weather is less hot (32 deg/27 deg) when I am there, so there's no need to open window at night, but obviously not too comfortable. Otherwise most facilities are ok, however they are not the original condition when they were rated 4*. This hotel should be rated 3* now. Location is fine if you are using public transport pass, so can catch bus 47 or walk from metro station. Going to city center taking maximum 30 minutes. We often walk back at midnight and street is bright and safe.

My sister’s family was nearby, so I chose this hotel. The hotel is very quiet. The room is small but very clean. The sofa bed can be used to sleep two people. I will choose this one later.

The room is very clean Environment: Nice environment Service: Friendly service Facilities: Microwave and refrigerator are very good, the bed is very comfortable, the tatami is very suitable for family stay, the mattress is comfortable and the bed is very wide! A family can stay, 4 people are no problem at all, slippers cost 5 euros

Room is small, but good facilities comparing the location and price. We booked twin bedroom for 2 business travellers. Electric socket is for one bed only, the other bed doesn't. So I requested an electric extention cable, but frontdesk said they didn't have. I suspect there should be a cable since they have meeting rooms, but the shift supervisor on Feb. 23th lied they didn't have meeting room even though the hotel web page shows that they have 29 meeting rooms. We stayed 6 nights for standardization meeting at new cap center. Cell phones and labtops should be charged at all times. Hotel staffs' attitude ruins the repuation. It was someting I couldn't see from Hyatt, Hilton, Marriot, and Radisson.
