Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts Properties in Paris

Hotel has a very handy shuttle bus to Paris and the breakfast although expensive had everything you could have wished for to suit all nationalities. Housekeeping was a little poor as they didn’t not leave any hand soap In the shower and we also ran out in the bathroom by the sinks, these should be checked each day. We had to use shampoo to wash our hands in the end. The breakfast restaurant manager was fantastic so friendly every day of our stay

My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.

Everything else is good, especially the front desk staff is very welcoming, which is rare in Europe. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the Arc de Triomphe. The bathroom facilities are of poor standard and very average.
