Great location for concerts at Accor Arena, right next door and right next to Bercy metro stop, also short walk to Gare de Lyon ,perfect for a night's stay. Staff at reception were brilliant, efficient, friendly and polite even though they were understaffed. Breakfast is busy on weekends so not enough seating in winter when you can't eat outside on the terrace. Bed wasn't comfortable, mattress topper slips off single beds, rooms small but adequate for a night.
Overall it is okay. Location very good (close to RER station and 1 stop away from CDG airport). Bathroom is spacious enough, but the room is not too much bigger than the bed. Simple buffet breakfast. Employees are nice, speak English.
Problem: Restaurant happens not to open. Water shutdown started 1 hour before I check out. I hope I could be notified about both of these before I book the hotel, before I arrive and during the stay (notified in person).
For a quick overnight stay is a great location at Terminal 3. No water, coffee nor tea in the room so you might want to stock up before hand. Room service finishes at 10 pm so again you might need snacks packed up. Breakfast is pastry, bread, ham, cheese and boiled egg, which is ok for my family.
✅ It is a hotel with a very good location. Convenient to travel Because it is next to the Château Landon and Gare du Nord metro stations.
✅ We booked a room for 2 nights for 3 people and got a room on the 8th floor, the top floor. The room is quite old but clean and neat. Quiet and non-smoking room because our family has children.
✅ Breakfast starts at 6:30 am. There are a variety of breads and sandwiches to choose from. The restaurant is spacious, comfortable to sit in, clean bathrooms, good service staff.
The hotel is not big but cozy. The rooms require updating but perhaps after renovation the price will be lower and much higher. The price included breakfast, we ate well. Located next to the metro, the center where all the attractions are a 30 minute walk, the area is safe and there is a supermarket nearby. Great staff, everyone was nice. There is a place to leave luggage and also an elevator.
1. The location is very good, two or three minutes away from the Europe subway station. There is a water dispenser and a kettle in the lobby on the first floor, which is quite convenient for drinking water. In addition, this water dispenser can also make iced sparkling water. Next to the water dispenser, there are instant coffee and tea bags for you to take.
2. Breakfast has freshly squeezed orange juice, which is great! The breakfast variety is OK, there is a coffee machine, and there are freshly baked hot bread. The salty ham is delicious.
3. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but took pictures of the toilet on the first floor. The bathroom tiles are similar to it. There is even a Dyson dryer in the toilet😂
4. I was in a hurry to go out this time and forgot to bring the conversion socket. You can borrow it from the front desk, good review!
I booked a room for one night to enable me to catch my flight the next morning. There was some difficulty in finding the information as to where the airport shuttle service stop was at the airport and I ended up having to get a taxi to the hotel. The staff were friendly and effiecent with check-in. The room was clean. I had a good stay and would reccomend the hotel as a short stay before a flight.
It's about ten minutes' walk from the nearest subway station. It's a residential area and relatively quiet. It’s a ten-minute walk to Chinatown where you can have Chinese food. There is free hot cocoa/coffee in the lobby, which is much needed in winter. Overall it's good, but the sound insulation is average.

GGuest UserSmall shop, like joining. Staff service is very good.
I need to live in Montparnasse for work reasons. In Paris, this is a good choice. No matter how picky, it is not understandable.

GGuest UserThis was a very convenient place to stay in Paris, right on the corner near Gare de Lyon train station. Which connects easily with the yellow line for sightseeing the main attractions, the Louvre being one of the first stops! I had about 3hrs to ”sightsee” before my next flight & was able to hop on & off the metro to take external photos of the Louvre, Grand Palais, Pont Alexandre III, Champs Élysée, Arc de Triomphe & Eiffel Tower.
It was also great not having to walk far to the hotel after catching the train from CDG airport. There was also easy train connection for the red line to ”Chessy” for the Disneyland train!
The hotel & room itself was clean, comfortable, great staff & nice little breakfast area. I was even able to buy a new travel charger at reception for only €6, after mine gave trouble!
Lots of cafes & restaurants around the area too & had no issues being a woman walking around alone at night either. I'd highly recommend staying here if looking for ease of access around Paris, but at a decent price point for a nice hotel!
GGuest UserThe room is small, but the things are complete, everything is complete, clean and tidy, the price is 1300+ RMB during the Olympics, usually not so expensive. Room 24 also has a small terrace with air conditioning. The elevator is small and can accommodate one person and two boxes. Breakfast is also OK, you can eat. There is a Thai food diagonally opposite the hotel, the taste is OK!

GGuest UserYes, there is a reservation form for overseas hotels. I went to the store to report the name and checked in directly. I didn’t encounter other problems. The hotel itself is also good. Come on, come on, come on, come on.
