It was not until the next day that another male colleague was replaced. It felt that the communication level was tested a lot. When I told him that there was an "unexpected" friend visiting, he helped me check whether it was possible to upgrade the room to a double room without saying a word. Although it did not take effect immediately, I successfully upgraded it on the third night of the three-night stay. Although I still paid the difference, the whole process was at least very smooth and his service attitude was also very good. On the last day when we were leaving, he even asked us to put our luggage in the afternoon and pick it up before leaving. We did not feel uncomfortable during the whole process. In comparison, the attitude of the colleagues on the night shift needs to be improved.
