Room is soo small. But staff is amazing 😍

I paid that a room is two beds with balcony, but the hotel give a standard room without balcony . The price is cheaper than I paid it . They said the room that I paid are full and couldn’t return difference in price to me. I’m very upset.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. However, I found the rooms based in the price are below the standard.

A very strategic hotel to visit Eiffel Tower or cruise. Easy access to bus or walking distance. More importantly it just beside the ARC. Luxury stores with in 500m. There pools of cafe, passtisaries and convenient stores. A good choice except with a narrow walkway with hotel and very old room. Do not suggest having breakfast in hotel that literally on lactate that literally no option and expensive than you can have much better food next door (restaurants)

We had a very good experience The location is amazing. Room was big the bed was very comfortable. The most amazing thing about this hotel are the staff!!! We felt like they are doing everything they can to make us happy. We will definitely come back. Thank you 🙏🏻😃

The location is good as the Arc de Triomphe is nearby. I chose a room with a balcony, but it seems there are two types of rooms: one with a table and one without, so my room didn't have one. It was disappointing as it was more than double the price of the other rooms. There is a balcony so the view was satisfactory. The only amenity provided was body soap. Considering the price, I thought shampoo and treatment should be included at a minimum. Breakfast is a buffet, but it is simple with just bread, yogurt, fruit, cheese and ham.

Very bad hotel, just near the Arc de Triomphe, but they charged 600 Euros for a deposit. The breakfast was too simple, and they even charged for fried eggs. It's outrageous. The service was also very bad.

The hotel is in a good location, you can see the Arc de Triomphe up close, the room facilities are a bit old, the balcony of the balcony room is a bit shabby, and you can only have breakfast on the balcony on the 7th floor. The hotel staff's service is not very good, no one helps to open the door when you enter or leave the door with heavy luggage

The location is good, you can find it very close to the subway, and it is also convenient to get to the airport. You can easily take the Arc de Triomphe as the starting point for the city walk. The bed is quite comfortable, and everything else is good. There is nothing particularly amazing, but it definitely meets expectations. The only thing that I didn't expect is that there is no headboard 🔌
