Juste PARFAIT !

looked different from pictures,… estate is on the slightly older side and rooms are not as sizeable as imagined. lifts are tough to operate, requires holding the door open before you can step in, and it’s really cramped too (2 pax + 2 luggages). to get to the lift there is a small flight of stairs. room doors are light and not too sound proof. however, hotel is good location from major train station Lyon perrache where you can select if coming in from paris.

Perfect check in and out. Nice cozy place for relax and hang out with friends in their relax area. Wonderful breakfast. Hot and cold and free coffee and tea . Only complain is the bed has only one side climb in . Disadvantage for older people . Overall ,a super nice and friendly hotel.

Good location and near to GARE De Lyon, but no supermarket nearby and not so many restaurants too.

Excellent CitizenM. Rooms have a fridge and decor is still fresh. Good selection of cocktails in the sky bar and very obliging waiter who showed me how to make my Blueberry Bliss :)

Location is very convenience. But during night time there might be a few beggar around the hotel area as it is very close to the train station. but overall the hotel is very clean and the room is more than enough!!!

We booked this because it’s near Gare de Lyon. Checkin is self checkin and there’s a receptionist always there to help. The process was seamless. The room is very clean and comfortable, shower is great. Thank you.

Service from the receptionist was excellent. The walking distance to the train station makes travelling very convenient. A good place to stay

A great location, quiet area and a short walking distance to the interchange of railways and metros. Centralised location which make it easy for traveller like me with an active itinerary to go around Paris. The view from hotel room was fantastic that I can view the nearby canal and Eiffel Tower can be seen too. The staff service was great. The room was spacious with comfortable double bed. I love the smart controller using mini ipad to control the lighting, blind, curtain and TV. There is a nice bakery shop at the corner for quick bites especially for breakfast. Overall, convenient location and safe. Will come back to stay here again for my next visit.
