Located near Montparnasse train station with numbers of nice restaurants and supermarkets around. The room is spacious with amenities like an electric kettle, digital safe, cleaning shampoo, gels and etc.
Self-service coin laundry is in the basement one, and free coffee, cocoa machine at lobby level 1.
I booked a twin room (2 large and 2 small) and was given a room (twin beds and a sofa bed), but the sheets on the sofa bed were very dirty and had never been changed. I just lay on them for 10 minutes. I had itching all over my body and it lasted all night! We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned the room and we needed to change the sheets ourselves! All in all, this trip gave us a very bad impression
Very convenient location, it is literally at the center of Paris. Subway station is just 1min walking distance and there are multiple lines including the one to the airport. We sent a parcel to the hotel few days before check-in and the hotel helped us receive it properly. Nice room, and modern renovation. Free coffee in the lobby. If you have too many baggages, you can borrow a trolley from them.
It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby.
We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least.
Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all.
Would I return? Yes sure
Very Good location with metro #6, #8 & #10, but the service is not very well.
I went to the front desk asking for more toilet papers but the receptionist told me he didn’t know and he was also new just came here a couple days ago so I need to ask his colleagues ( sitting next to him). I was not satisfied with this service.
I stayed for 6 days but only clean the room once and I went to the room at 16:30 but they were still cleaning.
The bathroom drain hole is clogged and need to wait for a long time the water to subside.
Area was very good just in front of the la seine river ,
Walkable distance to the louvre and saint micheal .
Staff was great, amenities was great , cooker pans all stuff was clean and well prepared .
Room spacious
Everything was great
Lobby provided free water coffee hot chocolate .
Laundry room was clean And easy to use ..
I didn't make any request for a special room, but the room was very clean and spacious with the top floor + terrace.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, so it is convenient when staying with multiple people. All the staff are kind and the English is perfect.
You can have a separate paid breakfast in the breakfast room. Also, if you are a guest, you can drink coffee and hot chocolate on the machine for free, so I am very grateful. There is also a vending machine in front of the elevator.
The view from the room I stayed in is good, and the Eiffel Tower is also visible from the rooftop.
Location is about 5 minutes walk to Moulin Rouge, Cafe de Doo Moulin (so-called Ameli Cafe), the nearest metro station and Pharmacy. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Sacre Cool Temple.
If you stay near Montmartre again, I would like to use it.
Everything was truly excellent. The location is a standout feature, adding immense value to our trip. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend it to others and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. A delightful experience!
Good serviced appartment, well equiped, quite affordable considering the location.
Ideal location: mall nearby, plenty of food options, subway lines right outside.
Staff is a hit & miss, sometimes extremely helpful, sometimes not really.
Hot water was faulty a couple times and we had to wait the next day for shower/bath: not great with kids. For some reason it takes a lot of arguing to get bedsheets for baby cribs, as if people usually travel with theirs...because...reasons.
Will definitely use again as overall it is a great combo.
Before leaving for this business trip, I unsubscribed all the hotels from booking, and later I booked every hotel with Ctrip. Citadines is an Italian chain hotel, because there is one at my doorstep in Wuhan, so I decided it was good.

GGuest UserThe hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and the room lighting is dim, but the space is still quite comfortable. Two 26-inch suitcases were still plenty spacious, which is quite good for Paris. The hotel's location feels safe, with few homeless people around. While the hotel's facilities are dated, the bathrooms are quite clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from the metro station, which is a bit far, but fortunately, it's right between two different metro lines. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance.
