Wonderful setting and well maintained beautiful garden, lovely and helpful staff, super-clean everything and lovely details like bathrobes and room amenities (tea, coffee, a carafe of water etc) made our stay. We also enjoyed our time at the swimming pool with a couple of mock-tails. One minor thing was the beaten track to get to the hotel, rocky and bumpy, or muddy after the rain, also chickens just behind the fence of our verandah and a cock that started shouting at 2am was a bit of nuisance but I guess thats something out of hotel’s control. The other thing would be lovely to improve is bed linen quality, cotton would be amazing

This hotel is very good. I originally set the wrong date. The front desk also helped me change the date, which was great. Or a single-family villa?

The property is near the airport, approximately 4 or 5 km I think. An ideal location since it is close to the restaurants. But you have to get to the muddy street to find it (it was raining) It's not a very huge hotel but I was surprised! The villa was huge and spacious and has a veranda and a high ceiling. The room is quite old, but that added character to the resort. I love that the bathroom was “outside” (no hot shower). The check-in process was fast, they allowed me to check in early around 12 NN, and provided a cake for my birthday! Thank you again. The pool was perfect! And the resort has many plants and trees, which made the resort so homey and comfy, but mosquitoes will flock you by night. They don't have toilteries. And the resto was cute! Overall it was okay, exceeded my expectations. Thank you again!

Alona Traveler It takes less than 5 minutes to walk down the alley from the main street. If you go down the alley on the right from the entrance of the accommodation, it takes 5 minutes to Alona Beach. The staff is very friendly. It is a small resort, so it is quiet and clean. The swimming pool is large and the water is deep. The maximum depth is about 195cm. It is a perfect accommodation except for the unpaved road. The rooms are large and the ceilings are high, so they look even bigger. Each room has a terrace.

Let me talk about the advantages first. The location is convenient. You can walk directly to Alona beach. The hotel staff is also very friendly. The swimming pool is very clean and maintained. The sofa area outside the room is very relaxing, and there are cats as a bonus. The following shortcomings really make the overall accommodation experience poor: 1. The bathroom is basically outdoors, so there are a lot of mosquitoes when you take a shower or go to the toilet... If a girl wants to blow dry her hair, it will be even more frustrating because it is very hot outside and the air conditioner has very low wind speed. Basically, you will bleed after you blow dry your hair. Covered in sweat and with mosquito bites all over my head... 2. There is only a shower head but no showerhead, which is very inconvenient for girls to take a shower 3. The bathroom sink is small and damp, making it difficult to place anything 4. The bed is very small and the design of the room makes it very easy for mosquitoes to fly in. It's really frustrating 5. The road back to the hotel is dark and muddy, with no street lights. Girls may need to consider how to ensure safety.

It is close to Alona Beach, but the alley entrance is under construction, making it very inconvenient to get through, and there are no streetlights at night, so it was scary, but the hotel has a Southeast Asian feel and is cute and pretty. I especially like the swimming pool. The water is deep, so it's good for swimming, and it's even prettier when the lights come on at night~~~♡♡♡ I'd like to visit again when the alley construction is finished.

Pros: 1. Close to Alona Beach. 2. Separate rooms for families, pool villas are good. 3. Friendly and clean bedding. Cons: 1. Nearby slums? The entrance is a bit dark. 2. There are a lot of ants. They bite because they are fire ants.. But if I go with my family again someday, I might choose it.. The staff are friendly, the private pool is nice, and there is a water purifier, so I didn't have to worry about water. There is no breakfast, but it's good to order room service.

It exceeded my expectations~~The room condition was also good!! However, it was a bit soundproof. I made a reservation and visited, but Poolville is good value for money~ Even on the wall, come here haha

The location is good~ It's easy to get to Alona Beach, and it's a small resort, but it's cute~ You have to go down a small alley from the main road, but it's not too far, so it's okay~ It seems like they're building an additional pool villa, but the workers working on the construction site have faces in room 2 of villa 1~ And when I checked out, I had to pay 300 pesos because there was a fruit stain on my handkerchief~ Be careful~ The facilities were clean and the pool was nice~ It would be comfortable to stay in the pool villa for the second house~

Pros - Easy access to downtown, good breakfast, friendly staff, pool maintenance and lifeguards always available, not many bugs, I think the soundproofing is pretty good Cons - Bad way to and from the accommodation, bathroom is outside for deluxe rooms and shower filter is not replaced, dark lighting that makes it hard for women to put on makeup, lots of lizards
