The hotel is in a good location, relatively central, and many things can be reached on foot (even if you have to walk a long way). The rooms have a TV and air conditioning, but they look a little run down/old-fashioned and are comparatively very loud, or they let a lot of noise through the windows and doors. The kitchen and the utensils (pan, cutlery, kitchen appliances, etc.) were neither visually nor hygienically in good condition. If you want to use them, you have to clean them thoroughly first. The food was good, but it is not described exactly what you are eating. For example, you order a beef burger (when asked, you are told that it is only beef) and it has ham on it, which is not described anywhere, although there is a lot on the menu, but not everything. You cannot order various things from the menu, no reason is given, just that you cannot order them. Checking in and out was relatively relaxed and problem-free. One big drawback is that the staff almost exclusively speak Spanish, except at the check-in desk, where English is also spoken.
