We apologize. Additionally, we have never had a problem with the gown. However, this was the first problem that arose because the laundry company did not dry the clothes properly the day before. We were able to properly check the condition of the gowns because the customer told us that day. Thank you again. Currently, we do not go through a company, but rather wash and manage it ourselves to keep it clean at all times. Next time you visit, we will prepare to avoid any inconveniences like last time!
